At BRR Contractors we are a specialized General Contractor, providing the best construction solutions for our clients needs for the past 23 years. We provide a variety of specialized services tailored to each clients needs, from wood damage repairs, structural improvements, deck coatings, new builds of decks, patio covers and much more. We accommodate many different types of Property Maintenance Repairs. Our goal is to provide an immersive customer service experience. It's a joint journey that we take with our clients to guarantee that their individual needs are met. We have over 30 in-house, on-staff carpenters with many years of experience. Additionally, in an industry with many talented contractors, we've separated ourselves by focusing on the Customer Service side of the industry. We utilize software that allows our clients to see all aspects of their job from inception to completion. Our "owner" portal allows our clients to see the daily progress of their job(s), receive documents electronically and truly see their entire project from a high level of transparency at a 30,000-foot view. Description of Work: Replaced fascia boards. Some were rotten and some didn't match the normal style. A second story add-on room's fascia boards were painted. |Josh was very prompt and courteous. The crew did not waste any time doing their job. They cleaned up all the debris associated with this project.

Description of Work: Mike, who gave us the estimate and scheduled the work was courteous and professional.He completely understood our needs and communicated them accurately to Robert and Javier, who promptly and competently completed the work. They demolished and hauled away our old arbor and rebuilt and painted it as good as new.They also repaired and painted the garden gate. Then they cleaned up nicely. We highly recommend their service.

Description of Work: They replaced wood damaged by termites on the eaves of the house. They were able to complete the main service requested but did not complete the minor fixes in the time allotted. I was told that everything would be completed in the 2 hours but it was not.

Description of Work: They came out and gave me an estimate (which I liked and was ready to sign), then set an appointment that I wasn't made aware of. I only came to know of it when they called to postpone. After several calls and emails to them with no response, I gave up.
