They were terrible, and completely took advantage of me. They had sent that card as a reminder of their services even though I had never used them before. It was very underhanded. The woman that I had called about the pricing, I believe her name was Wanda, was extremely disrepectful and this was at a time that I was upset due to my water heater. They overcharged me around $700 to replace my waterheater. I live in a 55+ community, and I'm afraid that they have taken advantage of others and they have a very poor reputation. I later found out that I could've had my water heater replaced by other plumbers for only $800. I wrote multiple letters and contacted the BBB, but I was still unable to resolve anything. Do not use this company.
Description of Work: My water heater went out and began to leak. I was desperate and didn't have time to look for anyone, so I saw their name was on a card that they had sent me and I called them.
