Joe arrived as arranged and placed his equipment. He then told us what to expect. He indicated that the level of contamination would dictate how long the process would take. He called us each time he went to the unit to indicate progress. There is no evidence of tobacco smoke having ever been in that unit.
Description of Work: Used Smoke-Buster first time last week in a severely tobacco contaminated duplex with carpeting. I did not believe total removal of odor could be achieved without carpet and pad removal. To my astonishment, after they had finished , and a day later, when I entered the closed, hot , dead air unit, I found it to be absolutely odor neutral. Owner, Joe Chasko, is very knowledgeable and eager that you understand what is occurring. As a owner/landlord of a number of rental units, Joe's company and Joe is a very important find for my future.
