Victor arrived at the scheduled time, discussed with me what i wanted done and gave me a price before starting the project. He did an excellent job on the carpets and upholstry and i will call him for yearly cleanings. He is also a very personable guy eho doesnt mind chit-chatting with his clients.

I would highly recommend Primo Steam cleaning to any customer! The customer service was amazing, over the top and above my expectations! You deal directly with the owner. I went on home advisor to find a carpet cleaning company and he was rated with 5 stars. He called me immediately after I selected I was ready for a quote. He arrived on time and even called me to let me know he was on his way. He placed mats at my stairwell to dry my feet to prevent me from slipping on my tile due to the wetness of my carpet. He asked if I had any areas of concerns or stains that required more cleaning and there was no extra charge for that. He also placed barriers in the corners to prevent scratching and did a pre-treatment, also at no extra charge. My carpet and stairwell look amazing and smells so fresh and clean. I’m so happy that I found him on home advisor and that I used his services.
