Victor had a mountain to climb when we hired him to stretch the carpet in our landing upstairs. He had to consider many angles and directions, but he worked like the devil and managed to smooth out all the ripples - our carpet was almost good as new. Victor's all around knowledge about carpet is mind boggling. At the end of the week he'll return to clean our carpets! I can't imagine using anyone else!

Victor is very professional and one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever meant with textiles, stains and solutions. I’ve been an interior designer for 30 years and have worked with many carpet, tile and granite specialists. Victor exceeds everyone of them.

We had our shower clean/restored in anticipation of putting our house on the market, and it looks amazing! Victor was prompt, friendly and very knowledgable about about what we should do to make the shower look its best. While I cant say for sure if the prices were competitive (because we didn't get any other estimates from other companies) I feel that the quality of work matched the price, and it was totally worth it. We're also having him restore/clean our granite countertops and I have no doubt the results will be just as awesome. I would definitely recommend him, and you wont be disappointed!

Victor was very honest and truthful from the time he visted to give us a free estimation. He talked us out of what didn’t need to be done and simply told us what is necessary. He was very punctual when he showed up and took us through each and every little step involved with the repair. He didn’t just do the job for the sake of making things look good, but took all the necessary steps to do it right so that the job would last a long time. (i.e. for grouting, he cleaned the grout, and then deep cleaned it again, then dug out all the old grout, only then he filled it with new grout and then sealed it so that our countertop will be waterproof and be protected from future damages) He had all the right equipment, products and the expertise, and we were very happy with the result. We will definitely recommend him!

Good man, takes his time and makes sure the job is done right. I will definitely hire him again. Also the cost for what he had to do was very reasonable. And Victor explained everything to me as to what needed to be done. Very professional and cleaned everything up.

Primo Steam Cleaning did a fabulous job cleaning a very expensive wool area rug. I was nervous about having it cleaned but they assured me they had the right products for wool. The rug looks brand new. The price was very reasonable.

Victor was very personable and had great communication. I would definitely use again.
