Appointment time was honored. Customer service was with a smile and informative as to what they would check for.

My complaint - oil leak from under the front end of car.

I'd had 3 estimates from reputable car repair shops.in my town.

One quote was for $395. To replace leaking seals

One quote was for $695 To replace leaking transfer case seals

One quote was for $700-$800 to replace leaking transfer case seals.

Then I checked Angie's List and found Paul's Automotive Service!! 

Paul's Automotive found the DRAIN PLUG was stripped, and therefore leaking oil and Replaced it.

COST $2.95 for plug + Regular Service and inspection cost of $60.00 !!

Paul's is 20 miles away from me and in a different city!!  THANK YOU ANGIE !!!!!

I absolutely adore the guys at Paul's Automotive. Mike works on my car frequently, and my husband and I have had only stellar experiences with these guys. I have dropped my car off and made a fool of myself trying to explain the weird sounds I encountered on the road, and they are nothing but good-natured and helpful (after some inevitable teasing of course). They are always punctual with their estimated repair times. Paul and Mike have told me on several occasions that I didn't need the repairs I was anticipating because they figured out what was wrong and it wasn't as bad as I thought. They're very patient with me and my naivete and paranoia. Mike has also given great advice when it came time to buy a new car. We saw him out on the town after hours, and he recognized my husband and me and was very friendly and polite! I always recommend Paul's Automotive to friends and family.

The price seemed reasonable to me. They seemed very honest. I trust them. I go to them for a couple of services. I like their honesty. Once they get started, they are good; it's just that they are backed up so much. They are very busy, but once they get started, they are right on it and they do it quickly. It is sometimes that I have to wait a week before I can schedule the car to go in.

Paul refered me to Milke out at Ring and pinion and that is where I finished my repair job.

Service was exceptional and very accommodating. Would definitely use Paul's Automotive again and recommend to other customers.

My car needed a lot of long-overdue maintenance, as well some unforeseen repairs that don't appear until the patient is on the table, and I had to have the work done on a tight schedule. Paul's delivered on-time despite the extra work involved and my car is back in good condition.

Paul's Automotive cost me less money than the estimate. The pricing is reasonable. I don't think he cheated me at all. I will take my car back there again. He was very responsive.

They're just good mechanics. They've been around for a long time. Have fair prices and they did a good work they do it on time. My mother-in-law has been there for decades. My wife use to take her Honda there.

1030 I called about 9:30 am, they had a spot for me at 11 am, and I was done by 1 pm. (The car passed.) They were friendly and obliging. I would definitely go there again.

The people at Paul's are courteous, professional and I would recommend them for car repair without any hesitation.

Took my car in for a smog check and they couldn't pass it due to a error code that indicated a possible vapor leak. Paul said it would be $105 to do some tests to locate the leak. Bummed but said ok. He did some research and found that Acura recommended a computer replacement and it was a known issue since the year my car was made - long standing issue. He then called Elk Grove Acura and discussed with them and they said they dont replace the computer on this particular error, they instead replace the gass filler neck. He told me it was an odd recommendation but that they do it all the time and it almost always resolves this error. Told him to go ahead and he replaced it, which solved the issue. I was then able to get a smog check.
This error has occurred 6-7 times and in each case, Niello Acura was not able to resolve it and in only one case, recommended I have the computer replaced at a cost of over $1200. I appreciate that Paul caught it. Only chose him because I needed smog check and he had a great rating in Angies. Have an estimate from him to do my timing belt and associated work that is 25% lower than what Niello estimated. Will be scheduling it and taking it to Paul. Am unlikely to ever go back to Niello.

The staff here are wonderful. They explain the current service and what necessary services are coming up. They don't recommend unneeded services. Very willing to give you a lift if needed. Very responsive.

The staff are very accomodating. Agreed to keep our car for extra time while we were away. Earlier, we had taken our car in to have the routine lube, but when they checked the miles driven, they told us that the lube was not needed at that time. A few days later, we realized that the odometer was not working, thus the replacement.

I have been going to them for 20 years. I am a regular customer. They have fair prices, are quick, and prompt.

I was very satisfied in using this company to do the job for me. It is hard to find a car shop that will not rip you off by saying they did something they did not do. I feel I can trust these guys to get down to business without me having to be there to make sure they really did the job. The guy who did the job for me was not extremely friendly, but was not at any time rude to me. Now that I switched to these guys I will continue using them for as long as I can because of their honesty and dedication.
