The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him.

The entire experience was good. We were a bit concerned with some of the reviews but ours was great. Joey was the salesperson who did a great job and Mark headed the installation crew with completed the entire job in one day of hard work. Very pleased.

Watched the whole repair. They apparently don’t have software diagnostic tools to help isolate the problem. The problem got fixed and that was the important thing!

I got my entire AC & Heating system replaced. Everyone was very professional, and it was done quickly. They came on time & so far I’m quite happy.

I was charged $350 dollars for an emergency replacement of my expansion tank. After he replaced the tank and was in his truck doing paperwork, I noticed that the new expansion tank was leaking. I had to run out to his truck and grab him. He had to take the tank off and rework the fittings. If I had not caught that, it would have been leaking until I went back out to the garage. Furthermore, that work was not done to code. I first found this out from another Beutler plumber that came out to give me a quote for the replacement of the water heater. He was so surprised by the way the work was done that he took several photos with his Iphone and he said he was going to talk to the plumber that installed it that way. The same plumber came out to replace the hot water line from the water heater to the house. He said that it needed to be replaced when he did the expansion tank but he did not have the time then. That line failed and was leaking water down the wall and down the water heater. When I called to request an emergency appointment to fix it, Beutler was unable to send anyone over that day and it was almost 24 hours later until the same plumber came out to fix it. Even though we had turned off the water to the water heater, because there was a hole in the hot water line, the only way I could stop the water from continuing to leak down the wall and the water heater was to drain the water heater of all water. Due to the hole in the line, the water was back flowing from the house, which caused a huge waste of water until the line was fixed. When he replaced the line he said he did not see any damage to the line and that the issue must have been with the vender that connected the line to the pipe connector. I have photos clearly shows the leak coming out under pressure from the line. When he removed the line, there was a lot of water that came out of the line down the wall and into my water heater.

The tech was on time and knew what to do at affordable price.
