Nick, the technician was super friendly, helpful, and informative. He went out of his way to troubleshoot our system and make repairs as needed. His passion for his trade really showed. And I would trust him anytime to work on our system.

They made a lot of promises but still have not done the job correctly. They have a one degree guarantee but one bedroom is 5 degrees hotter and they told me to buy heavy drapes. They make appointments and then they cancel or show up so late they say they canâ t finish. Twice I had to call and ask if they were coming and both times I was told â oh we were just about to call youâ . I had to take four separate days off of work just for them to fix the issue and it still is wrong. The phone staff is rude and seem to be bothered by any question you may have. One guy named David was the only one who talked to me like a person. They should give him a raise. I feel like I have been suckered. The salesman was really good but the experience so far has not matched his promises. The job didnâ t pass inspection because they didnâ t tape the registers. The guy who came out to fix it seemed confused or angry or both. I had to point out registers he skipped. Apparently he didnâ t see three entire bedrooms even when he was standing at the open door of one. I question if the repair was done correctly.

Was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company their work was shoddy nobody knew what was going on in the office. It has been over a year and I am just now getting a final inspection. We installed three units two of them had roof leaks because they did not properly put the shingles back Matter fact, they did not put any shingles back.

Timely and through

Beutler just replaced the HVAC in February of this year (2023) and upgraded the SAMRT VENT System. Beutler gave one-year unconditional performance written warranty. A company integrity is when you call them for repair service. This is where my headaches start with them. In March of this year (2023) I called to have them look at the SMART VENT system which appeared to be non-functional. No one showed up during the scheduled time. No one even called for the no-show. I waited few more hours and called the service desk again. All I was told is that to reschedule the appointment with no apologies/explanations of any sort. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that he will call back. After much lamenting to them Fido (their tech) showed up and assured me that SMART VENT is now fully functional. When I checked it later it was still non-functional. A few days earlier I called again to have them check out the HVAC system and, as usual, no one showed up. I am getting so sick and tired of these folks for their unprofessional behavior and their lack of concerns for their customers. I am going to file complaints with local Sacramento BBB and California State Licensing Board about their unethical warranty honoring issues. This company has bad business practices, and they have no regards about the headaches and inconvenience they are causing to their customers during the summer months. These folks are non-professional, and they are only interested in sucking you in a contract and then forget about the services. A bad bunch of folks. Since I have had nothing but trouble with service requests, I wouldnâ t advise anyone to go thru what I am going thru with Beutler folks currently.

I waited 4 hours past the scheduled time. I kept calling and I kept getting the run around. It got to be so late that I couldn't call another company. Technician finally arrived. He was good! He completed the job and I was satisfied. However, the office people, no thanks rude. I Will go with another company for the other repairs.

Well no one called me a half hour before my appointment. The service tech didn't really speak English. There was a language problem. In the end he just took a pictures and send them to his supervisor for advice. I am not totally sure if the advice was worth the money. I have a temporary fix that they said should maybe last 7 or 10 years. Not sure if that was a good solution.

Isb tuned the furnace system, took pictures, measured the numbers and made recommendations. He did a great job explaining everything.

Company honored 10 year warranty with only three days left on it. Very efficient organization with good communication. Work crew was excellent and completed repair very cleanly and in a timely manner. Used them before and will again.
