If there was a way, I could get my money back, I would. I paid over $1000 to get my backyard irrigated. As they were doing the job, I informed the guy the back and front of the yard needed irrigation. He said he would fix it and there would be no problems. He made one of the drains above ground, did not address the back of the yard and I was unable to get a hold of them. This is a bad company. If you use them, you expect to lose lots of money. And I cannot get a hold of **Angis list** to talk about their alleged satisfaction guarantee. I will never use Angi or 911 irrigation ever again and I wil discourage others as well.

They responded to my request promptly, came out and did a quick evaluation and then returned the next day to complete repairs. they also tested system and repaired another line I didn't know was broken. I would hire them again.

Determined the problem, got the key sprinkler controller part and and finished up rapidly. No drama and no delays.

About the worse experience on the amount charged I have ever had. For my backyard sprinkling system, I was charged $980 for parts and labor for a little over an hours work spread over two days. It involved replacing three controllers, adding a regulator, and replacing the timer. I estimate the parts cost about $350 and the labor. This was about the worse experience primarily involving the costs involved in home repair work that I have ever had. For my backyard sprinkling system, I was charged a total of $980 for parts and labor. It involved the replacement of three valves, a regulator and a timer. It took a total of a little over an hours work done in two days. I would estimate the parts cost $350 and labor, $630. I asked for receipts for the payments. I was told I would get them by email immediately. None have been sent. This just added to the suspicion Raul did not want to put the excessive charges in writing.

Had emergency valve on, wouldn’t turn off- during heat wave. Responded to request immediately/ fixed in 2days. Reliable/ hard working crew.

We replaced our existing Rain Bird drip irrigation tubing in our front yard. We also had Raul and his partner fix a faulty valve in our backyard (ended up being some loose wiring). I was quoted a price of, $1,260.00 - I agreed and paid for the repairs. Day 1 - Initial Work The total time spent working on our project was 2.5 hours onsite. This does not include travel time or the **minimal** cost of materials. Lets say, the materials cost around $60.00. I was not quoted a breakout price so this is a well-educated guess. Given the math, I paid about $480.00 per hour for two workers on our first day. Or $240.00 per hour per individual. Work appeared to be completed. Day 2 - Unscheduled Work Woke to a major gushing leak. Called Raul and he and/or his crew came out to fix and evaluate the problem. I was told I needed a new pressure compensating valve to prevent the tubing from breaking loose at the connections. I was quoted an additional price of $160.00 to have a new valve installed. Day 3 - Another Major Gushing Leak Rauls team came out and installed a new valve. I tried to pay the $160.00 but because the workers did not speak English, I could not fully communicate why I was wanting to pay. Day 4 - On a Saturday, I awoke to another gushing leak...this, even after the installation of the pressure relief valve had been installed. I called Raul and he said, he would have someone out to fix the problem on Monday morning. Today is Monday and one of Rauls workers did come out and **hopefully** fixed our drip system and the gushing leaks. Why did I need a pressure relief valve when my old system had never leaked under the same pressure? Why did my system leak even after the pressure relief valve was installed? Why was the work at the connectors not dealt with properly in the first place? The work done today was only on the two locations where Raul and his team had added the new tubing. 916 Irrigation is very responsive 916 Irrigation did **hopefully** fic the drip system Raul is a good communicator Would be great if at least one worker spoke English For the amount of work I had done, I was way overcharged Four repairs done in one week is three too many Were I to hire 916 Irrigation again, I would have Raul break out his projected hours for the job and associated/estimated materials. Raul seems like a wonderful person, trustworthy, friendly, and communicative. I am only writing this review so that others can ask upfront the questions that I did not. In my business dealings, I have adjusted my quoted price on the spot when I see inequities between hours actually spent and those billed for. Great business practice and it keeps customers coming back. I also realize I may have been the exception and not the rule.

The agent arrived on time to give us an estimate of the cost of the project. He easily could have scheduled the work for sometime in the future, but, after evaluating that he had all the replacement parts with him, did the job on the spot!! This made the plants very happy.

Showed up on time. Gave me a great price and their recommendation for the future. I will use them again in the future.

Did a bad job fix? Never sent an invoice as we requested. Did not bury the pipe in the ground like it is supposed to be. The Guys he sent tried to leave without checking to see if it works. The pipe got cracked 2 weeks later. When I called to have them fix it the owner argued with us that there was cement blocking him from burying the pipe. Which was not true at all. The owner said he will fix it once but will never come back again. This company is a joke. The owner is unbelievably rude. Work quality is terrible. Do not waste your time or money.
