+ 0 moreA representative came out within one week of our calling for an estimate. Listened very attentively to what we wanted done and offered a few suggestions that went with the overall plan. A detailed written estimate was emailed to us within a week. After the contract was signed the job foreman and all sub-contractors did a detailed walk through of the back yard with us to verify everything. Work started that week. The work-crew were very polite and very hard workers. Several days the temperature was at or near 100 yet they were out there, breaking only for lunch, usually working from 8 until Steve, the job foreman, kept us well-informed of when they would be working and what the next step in the process would be. The work was done on time, only slightly over-budget, and was exactly what we wanted.
Description of Work: Complete re-landscape of back yard. Removed existing plants, existing sod, and 5 yards of soil. Installed new drainage system and new irrigation system. Put in 309 square feet of new concrete and a 65' by 18" Country Manor sitting wall. Put in 7 yards of topsoil and 1343 sq ft of new sod. 72 feet of Epic lawn border. Five yards of pea gravel put behind wall and in planters. Planted 30 one-gallon and 10 five-gallon evergreen shrubs, and 1 fifteen gallon evergreen tree. Ran electricity to existing pond and installed landscape lighting. Arranged for a sub-contractor to install 12' by 20' patio cover. Cleaned up and removed all debris when finished.
