Replaced tile and carpet with laminate flooring throughout large portion of our home, including 5 inch baseboard. Did a real nice job. Little things like the way the baseboard was wrapped around the kitchen cabinets so that it did not look like it was "added on" was impressive and appreciated. Did the work very quickly and at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that. Only warning for others is that this work generates dust. Cover up furniture or move it out of the work area.

Brent Gould came out to the house to repair our engineered wood flooring and was very respectful of our time and very personable. He did a great job and if there are any further issues he said he would return to help out.

There was an issue that when I called them back they resolved right away.

There are so many great things to say about Brent Gould Flooring. Let me start by saying they are truly the ones to choose for any flooring job. Just some of the attributes to describe them... professional, courteous, timely, patient, considerate, excellent communicators and very reasonable costs. Tamara met all of our needs, and as far as I'm concerned went above and beyond in service. Nice to work with a company that restores your faith in pride of workmanship and service. In my humble opinion, the installers are the best in the business; hands down!! They were courteous, professional, and paid great attention to detail. We are so proud of the completed job. Without any hesitation we recommend them; they are the best and I have no reservation that you will be satisfied with their service. By the way, we took much longer than normal to make a selection and had several estimates. All throughout that time Tamara stayed in contact and worked with us through the end. They were professional, on time , sensitive to my needs and the workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend them without reservation. They are great!!

The installers were fantastic!! We would recommend them to anyone. We're in our late 60's and 70's with physical limitations, so they were very good about moving the heavy furniture. They worked hard and fast and did an excellent job.

They were very professional in both the estimating and installation. We were impressed with the installation crew and how they worked together. The installation was to match a previous installation by another company to our family room, entry and hallway. We wish Gould had also done the initial job because the new installation is better. My only complaint was an unexpectedly high extra cost for grinding. Gould did call attention to the fact grinding if necessary would be extra at the time I signed the contract. I had missed that on their bid and my mistake was in not insisting on details of how grinding would be charged if it was necessary. I wanted to proceed and, so I assumed Gould would charge about the same as my other bidders had shown on their bids. Additionally, there was no grinding done on our first installation, so I hoped none would be required on this installation. As it turned out, grinding was done on each of our rooms and the rate charged was much higher than my other bidders. Since I had accepted their proposal this "surprise" was actually my fault. Learn from my mistake by not agreeing to an extra cost without getting the parameters for how it will be charged.

Outstanding in in all areas

Brent and Tamara are so professional, but down to earth people. I never felt pressured, and comfortable with knowing they had my needs and concerns on the forefront. The crew was absolutely professional and sensitive to being in our home. They never left any kind of a mess and were so polite. They were prideful of their work, as should be; their craftsmanship is commendable. Tamara and Brent and their customer service is top-notch. Don't go with those big stores--choose this company!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Tamara and Brent Gould are a smaller company than the big box stores. Their customer service was amazing from explaining the process to install. Their cleanup was excellent too! I just wish there was a little more formalness to sitting down in a showroom to write up a contract. It made me a little curious and I questioned why there was not a local showroom for us to meet etc. However my situation was indeed time sensitive they prevailed with speedy turn around...3-4 days and I had carpet. The communication was top notch with Tamara through to installation. The carpet is BEAUTIFUL in my new home. They did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to anyone. I'd definitely use them again.

family business, excellent responsivness, price, customer service, product, and install. i had multiple bids and brent gould had the material my wife and i liked the most and were also the best price, by far. installers were polite proffesional and fast. 1000 sq feet and stairs in 2 days. owners are very personable, low pressure and reasonable. i will definitly use them again for any future floor projects.
