It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large, or small, the job. We charge a minimal fee of same value as forwarded to this account for the lead. We also charge a minimal of $80 trip charge fee for arriving to the property on not performing any work. The fees are normal and are just to cover company costs. Great experience overall. Our water heater broke and had parts that were also not up to code. Everything was taken care of handled so professionally and thoroughly. Price was also incomparable as well for the quality of work. We were so stressed when it broke, but Clint handled everything for us and it ended up being such a smooth process.

My water heater crapped out on me and I called Neptune Plumbing based on a referral. Man was I happy with that decision. The two other plumbers I had out to my place, seemed only interested in ripping me off. My buddy had hired Clinton for a repipe and told me to give him a call He was professional and really engaging and best of all, he went out of his way to do a better job than even I expected... at a better price too. Rare find, and will never call anyone else ever again.

Neptune plumbing was amazing! We called two different times in an emergency situation where we had a leak and could not shut the water off. Both times they came quickly, solved the problem and we're very communicative and helpful. We have a very old house with old and confusing plumbing and every step of the way theyve helped us solve problems and find pipes! So thankful we found them! Highly recommend
