At first, of course I was upset. But thank you to First to Respond Restoration, it turned out to be a Quick,Clean and Professional job. Thank You to Chris Colbert for his full involvement in this job. Chris and his crew were extremely respectful of my home. They work professionally, they work quick and they work Clean. Chris Colbert was very informative about what had to be done, why it had to be done, and he really took time to inform me about every single thing that was being done. I greatly appreciate how involved he was, not only with the physical labor, but with all the stressful insurance calls. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the out come. My kitchen looks better then before with extras. The job was done in a quick,clean, and professional method. Thank you to Chris Colbert and his Crew for thier hard work, for making me feel like a first priority customer and for turning my house into my Home once again. It was great. The price was great. The customer service was even better. I was surprised to find that it did not take that long. It was very quick a and the guys did a great job cleaning everything up! I will be sure to call them if I ever need them again.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job cleaning up, drying and
helping coordinate all of the repairs on my mom?s house after a pipe leak from
the ceiling.

I called Chris after a pipe break on the first floor ceiling
had caused significant water damage in the walls, ceiling and floors of the
house.  Since my mom is elderly and has
health issues I wanted to make the sure the job was done correctly, on time and
in a clean way. Chris and his team were extremely professional. They arrived
when promised covered up the damaged area and got to work. Chris kept me in the
loop every step of the way and went out of his way to coordinate with the insurance
company and the contractors doing the repairs to make sure the job was done
correctly and on time.

He did a fantastic job of removing all the wet and damaged drywall
and floors and setting up the right equipment to dry up all the moisture
before the repairs began. He coordinated with multiple contractors to make sure
the job stayed on track and the work was done correctly.

I would recommend Chris and his team for anyone that has
experienced water or smoke damage and is interested in someone that can do the
job right the first time. Chris and his team are extremely professional, know
what they are doing and always go the extra mile. I am extremely satisfied with
the level of service and work.
