i have a home that is in escrow nothing super major. but very important that needed to be asap. so i called them yesterday and spoke to (mark) and fortunately he had a person free to come and complete an insulation job. they were on time as he promised and the work was completed today. i was fortunate and thankful to them for the quick service. and for not hiking up the price once they started.

We had a great experience with Daniel’s Construction & Remodeling! I, personally, have never undertaken a remodeling project and was not prepared for all that was involved. The management team was compassionate, experienced and professional. Their knowledge and recommendations were always helpful and improved the overall outcome of the project in simple, cost-saving ways. The specialized construction crews that they employed were always polite and professional and were all highly skilled in their craft. They too had great suggestions that I truly appreciated. I will hire Daniel’s Construction & Remodeling again for future remodeling projects and it goes without saying that I recommend them highly to anyone looking for a contractor that is fair, professional knowledgeable and compassionate in the performance of their job. They have the highest regard for the customer’s satisfaction. Daniel’s Construction & Remodeling was a pleasure to work with!

Before we started with Daniels Design, we made a big mistake, which cost us thousands! Our crooked real estate agent insisted that the 60 year old house we were buying only needed a week or two with a handyman. We wasted thousands on that handyman as the weeks became months. And because everything he did was not up to code, it all had to be redone. When our living room almost collapsed we were forced to go with a licensed contractor. We interviewed many of them and went with Daniel's Design. Here's what I love about Daniel's; they were up front and honest with us throughout the process. Their prices were more than fair. What they told us would happen, did happen. If a problem arose, they worked the situation to our advantage, not their own. In short, they seemed to truly care that the job turned out as good as it could be, on our budget. On a personal level, I actually looked forward to Mark's visits. He made the process more than enjoyable. Now, when I look anywhere in our home, I smile as I remember Mark and I deciding what to do. Pleasant memories from what could have been a nightmare, that is what Daniel's Design gave us. I'm not related to these guys, but I've come to care about them. Please do yourself a favor and call them before you start your next project... and try to get a free lunch out of Mark's partner, Ofer. :D Hat's off to you guys at Daniel's Design!

They did a very good work. They were personable, professional, and cleaned up well.

The crew of three (3) was punctual each day, completed the tasks in three (3) days, cleaned up after their work each day. Moved all furniture away from walls to facilitate painting and back after completion; re-installed drapery hardware in bedroom and office. Job well done! Workers were pleasant to deal with and made their work seem really enjoyable, which made it a pleasant atmosphere overall. Willing to do whatever it took to get the job done without complaint. As an "amateur" painter, I appreciated all the work it took to complete. They worked hard! The General Manager was most accommodating of scheduling. His responsiveness to my initial inquiry was quick and he efficiently managed the crew. There was an atmosphere of mutual respect between them all. I'd hire them again if I had another project.

The job went well. They did a very good job. I rate them high overall. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Outstanding... This was the first sizable (for me) contract that I have entered into with any kind of service provider or company, and I was very nervous and cautious about the whole thing. It felt very nice and re-assuring to be able to consult any time with the company owner, Mark, about any aspect of the contract, and he was very helpful in getting me samples of tiling etc which saved me an age in going round all the stores myself. He was also very knowledgeable about what would work well and what might cause issues within this project. The work was done in a very clean and efficient manner, the workers never left any mess at the end of each day, which I never demanded but it meant a lot to me seeing as I was still living in the house while the work was being done. Most important of all though, the job was done right on time and within my budget. No nasty extras or other surprises waiting for me at the end of the job, just a perfect new bathroom which I absolutely love. Thank you Mark, if you ever get to read this, you're a real gentleman and I will be calling you again when it is time to do my kitchen.
