I contact All City Plumbing and they sent out Shann who was supper professional and polite. We were looking for options on re-piping our house. Shann gave us multiple options to choose from and was not pushy in making us make a decision. He explained thoroughly what the project would include and the warranties that they give. All City was definitely not the cheapest but with the experience and the knowledge that Shann had, I will be definitely using them for the repairs. Thank you All city.

All City Plumbing did an amazing job. My kids where playing with my backyard hose bib. They somehow broke it witch caused me to have to turn off the water to my whole house. All City arrived in 10 min and help me resolve the issue. The technician Alexis H. did an amazing job. He was polite quick and very professional. Thank You All City for saving the Day!!!

Our water heater recently stopped working and All City Plumbing sent Numa Quintanilla to address the issue. Numa was such a professional, informative, and thorough plumber. From the moment he took a look at the water heater, he was able to identify the core problems and the most effective solutions to get us not only our hot water back, but also to remedy broader plumbing issues, related to, for example, hard water and residential water pressure levels. He helpfully explained everything thoroughly and even interestingly, and provided a straightforward cost estimate for the immediate task at hand which included the whole process from start to finish, from the removal of our old water heater through to the installation of a new one. Then he got to work and got it all done very well and quickly within a few hours that same day, with a meticulous and careful eye to detail. Highly recommended.

Anton did a great job during the service in my house. He would teach me the ins and outs of what he was doing and letting me understand what is happening during the differemt services. Also, he was a great person to ask questions and he had a great attitude during the service.

All City Plumbing and Air was a pleasure to work with. They send out an email confirmation of my appointment and text updates/reminders. The appointment operations were super nice and helpful. They even send a text with a photo and short bio of the technician that will be arriving. Nicolas Valdez was the friendliest, most delightful repair technician I've ever had. He cleared my clogged a/c drain pipe and performed maintenance on my a/c unit. This guy is the definition of "service with a smile". I would definitely use All City again. Professional and courteous! And the price was fair as well for the services performed.

Joe [Provider Name Removed] from All City Plumbing arrived shortly after I submitted my request for service related to a leaky faucet, faucet replacement, and two stopper replacements. Joe took the time to exhaustively troubleshoot various possible issues and eventually walked me through all the options. He also provided a direct contact number, picked up parts at Home Depot, offered to pick up other parts that I ordered myself, and was easy to get in touch with, even on weekends. Joe was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely contact Joe again in the future and highly recommend to others.

We are experiencing our first pipe leak and made the right call by having All City Plumbing come check out the issue and provide diagnostic services. Alfonso provided us with tons of information in a clear way that made it easy for us to understand the issue and was very kind and patient with us which we really appreciated. Michael Webster was sent out from All City plumbing when I accidentally cut my water main trying to cut some tree roots. He was able to repair it quickly and without any issues. He was knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be using all city plumbing again because of him.

Michael Webster from All City Plumbing is a true lifesaver! When my water heater broke down unexpectedly, I was in a panic. However, Michael swooped in and saved the day by fixing it on the same day I called for help. His professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were truly impressive. We had a great experience working with All City Plumbing. Melvin was so professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful of our piping situation and offered several options to solve our bath leaking issues. We ended up having to repipe our whole home because we had original pipes that had to be replaced and with each step Melvin provided information and reassurance on how it would all turn out. My mother liked him so much that she will be hiring Melvin for future work she requires in her home. I definitely recommend!
