From the moment Dylan Allee entered our place, we knew we were in trustworthy hands. He was very polite and courteous throughout the whole process and we were comfortable with his systematic approach. Dylan gave us quick and competitive estimates for a leak in our faucet and toilet and was very knowledgeable on what the issue is without even needing to turn on the water. Problems with the way previous piping were installed were identified and remedied in a way designed for longevity and confidence. Additionally, Dylan ensured that we were fully aware of all payment options before the job was initiated. Thank you All City Plumbing for helping us so much! I called All City Plumbing for a pipe leak at my recirculating pump. I called at 2:40pm and the tech Alfonso was at my house by 4pm. All City Plumbing dispatch was friendly, professional, and offered an appointment the same day. Their tech, Alfonso Gonzalez, was knowledgable, professional, respectful, and he cleaned up after himself. He took the time to explain the issue and shared some tips on what to do if I encounter another leak. I would highly recommend this company and their tech, Alfonso. I'm grateful for their quick response time and excellent service, especially the day after Thanksgiving.

I felt that the men who came for the repair were very nice. It was a small job. just cutting a gas pipe and capping the line. total time, say 20 minutes, and my only issue was the cost of almost $300 dollars. I am on a fixed income. but I had no choice. being in the dead of winter with no heat but. I do thank them, and yes, I would recommend them.

We received same day service. Joseoh Rand was fabulous. He did a thorough inspection of the premises and advised about some things that will be needing attention at some point and also advised that our current issue was minor and just a finishing touch which we forgot to do around the faucet fixture. I advised that we could take care of it ourselves. Joseph was still gracious and polite even though we didnâ  t require his services at this time. A great experience all around.

Ruben S. is the bestest!!!! I called All City on a Tuesday evening around 5 PM thinking I wasnâ t going to be able to have someone visit my home till the weekend (when I am available). Nope! They sent someone the next day and even waited for me as I was stuck in traffic! Bless your heart Ruben! My water bill had doubled, my water usage had doubled, Ruben checked my water meter and explained how the spinning wheel meant that water was being used somewhere in my property. Prior to my call and Rubenâ s arrival, I was already worried and expecting the worst, thinking we were going to find a massive leak under my house (raised foundation) and honestly preparing for my first big home repair bill. After about 15 minutes Ruben found the problem, a toilet that has never been used in the garageâ s bathroom. Extremely grateful for Ruben, his attention to detail, and for explaining everything to me as a 1st-time homeowner with little knowledge of home maintenance. Thank you so so soooooo much!!!!

Eusebio was amazing. He came late in the day and fixed the problem. Our toilet was overflowing and it flooded through the sink and the house and he was very professional. He even went as far as helping us clean the mess up when he didnâ t have to. Was very lucky tonight to have him here. All City Plumbing is very lucky to employe a man like him.

Our toilet, bathroom sink, and shower started filling with poop water (gross I know) and ended up flooding several rooms in our home. Not to mention, Iâ m extremely pregnant and could go into labor at literally any time, but Eusebio showed up and took care of EVERYTHING. He found the source of the problem, and went above and beyond fixing and even cleaning up (which he didnâ t have to do). 100% will be doing business with him again. Iâ m so thankful for Eusebio and how willing he was to take care of our tiny yet growing family.

My water heater started leaking and I called All City Plumbing and Parker arrived who was courteous and friendly and addressed the leak asap with the greatest professionalism. I opted for a tankless water heater and Parker took on the challenge despite several logistical issues. The work was completed with a flawless result. I couldnâ t be happier and would highly suggest Parker as your plumber for life. I love the attention to detail with his services and would recommend him to my family and friends. Ivan G of All City Plumbing provided wonderful service at my house on 11/12/2022. During the entire estimate, installation, and review process, he was easy to engage with to arrive at the solutions that best met my needs. Ivan was very careful in all aspects of the work performed and this included taking the extra time needed to locate a brass ball valve instead of a plastic one for a valve which will have a lot of UV exposure outside, dealing with a somewhat corroded mounting flange for a toilet pull & reset, and addressing a hardware mismatch where one of the sink faucet kits my wife purchased came with two hot cartridges, instead of a single hot and cold cartridge each. Having used All City Plumbing before and with the great service Ivan provided recently, my wife and I will continue to call on them for future plumbing needs.

We have used All City Plumbing for needs in the past and we are always happy with the service. Antonio helped us change a water heater this time, and he did a great job explaining everything and making sure we got the results we were looking for. I came home from work and there was water coming down from my ceiling. I called All City Plumbing and my technician Paul Todak was great. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately and he also helped in getting the damage to my home remediated. I highly recommend using this company especially Paul. I had a slab leak, and after noticing All City trucks around my area for a few months, I checked them out on Yelp. After reading many glowing reviews, I sent them (and a few others) a message. All City messaged back right away and followed up with a prompt phone call. They were able to schedule someone to come take a look the next day. Parker Russell came out and walked me through the various options for my predicament. I opted to go ahead and repipe as I knew it was needed anyway. I also made the switch to a tankless water heater and added a softener. Parker also called a water damage mitigation and restoration company for me, which was SUPER helpful. Parker and Dylan Allee worked hard all week repiping my hot mess of a house. They were patient with my questions and inability to retain information, made sure to check in with me when I was feeling overwhelmed, and explained everything planned for the week and every day. They were pleasant and polite, and after a couple of days, we were all joking with each other. They both have a solid, old-fashioned work ethic that seems to be sorely lacking these days. They are also communicative and responsive to texts, which is much appreciated. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thanks, All City!
