In early February I ordered a sofa and a chair. I was very clear about exactly what I wanted, and the salesman seemed to be paying attention but apparently was not. In late March, they delivered two sofas. I refused the second sofa that I did not order and began the battles with their office. First they wanted to just refund the half of the cost of the chair I'd ordered, but keep the sales tax and extended warranty. Finally agreed to refund all of the money I'd paid for the chair that wasn't delivered, but took several days to refund the amount to my credit card account and were very rude about it. I returned to the store, ordered a chair, again, and was told delivery would be in 8 weeks. Of course on the paperwork they'd written 10 weeks, which I didn't notice. At 10 weeks, I called because there had been no word. The fabric had been backordered, probably weeks earlier, and they hadn't bothered to notify me. They had no idea when or if the chair would ever be delivered.After considerable complaining on my part, they finally investigated, but it was another 4 weeks before they finally delivered the chair. Just to cement my opinion of them, they claimed the credit card I used to pay the COD payment when the chair was finally delivered wasn't any good so I had to use a different card I don't normally like to use. I called my credit card company and found that, as I knew, my card was fine, and there was no record of them ever trying to submit the charge. They stock some nice furniture, but they are AWFUL to deal with. They were incompetent and rude. I'm usually fairly forgiving of mistakes and would never write a bad review of a business just to get even, but this was the kind of miserable experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It was five months from the time I ordered the chair until I received it.
