Great! Love this place.

They were real prompt about getting here in the morning, they had all in. they had an inspector out here at the end of it to make sure the guys have done perfectly and there was no mess for us to clean up at all.

It was pretty pricey. I liked the timeliness. Different people laid the carpeting, tiles and installed fixtures.

I went in to purchase the faucet. The first thing that happened was the person who schedules the services acted like we didn't exist. The lady did it again. Another lady asked us if we needed services. The lady that was ignoring us didn't know how to use the system. She messed up the order. She took forever. They can't get the service until tomorrow.

I go there a lot. They are fine. Their customer service wasn't fairly large then, but now it has greatly improved due to the competition. They have really improved. They are back to be good again.

The installation cost about the same as the actual doors. I went to them because they were close and on sale. I have used them once before for kitchen counter tops, I wouldn't do that one again. I figured how bad could a door be? I also know enough about carpentry, framing doors, and everything. So I felt confident that they would do a good job. I spoke to the person that was the installer so I felt confident that he was going to do a good job. He was someone that contracted with Home Depot, not an employee. He did a dandy job and the clerk at home depot and the guy in the door department at home depot were very knowledgeable and he let me take some things back that we didn't need, so I could get full credit for them. I would rather the price be lower but judging by other peoples prices it's good. It's inline with other people's prices. I was very happy with the quality. We got a door with fiber glass and composite so there is less heat transfer, so it's a much better deal all the way around. They did the job, came out at the time they said they were going to, did the work entirely, explained everything when I asked them questions, and everything was complete. I was pretty happy all the way around on this one.

The thing is that I was really impressed with their being such a big company and the amount of personal service and attention that I received. I was just surprised. They did such a great job. They returned my phone calls and were very professional. It was a good experience.

I special ordered two cabinets and had some difficulty with the first salesperson who tried to charge me extra for the doors although the price list said otherwise. I came back another day and talked to a different person who confirmed that the price included the doors. After that everything went smoothly and the cabinets were fine.

THE JOB THAT THEY DID WAS REALLY GOOD. I HAVE HAD ONLY A VERY SMALL PIECE OF CARPET START TO FRAY BUT THE EFFICIENCY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY HAD A GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY HAD VERY GOOD PRICES. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY MADE THE JOB EASY AND SIMPLE.

I FEEL THEY DO GREAT WORK. I STILL KEEP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE I LIKE THEIR WORK. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM OR THEIR COMPANY.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS TREMENDOUS. THEY HAD A VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING CREW THAT CAME OUT AND THEY WERE GREAT ALL AROUND. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULTS OF THE PROJECT.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY HAD VERY LOW PRICES. THEY MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS VERY EASY FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND THAT MADE ME VERY HAPPY.

THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT'S EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR HOME DEPOT FOR ALL YOUR HOME SHOPPING NEEDS.
