They came and did the estimate and I chose them and they did the work. We paid $2400 on that work and there was a lot of rebate. I really liked the approach of the person that came and did the estimate. He talked about the pros and corns with me about dealing with energy efficiency insulation overall. I did not feel that he was into hard selling, but gave me a lot of practical options with the prices attached and I really appreciated that. The work was done very well and I also recommended them to our neighbor and they used them.

The entire experience was pleasant and everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind. The two gentlemen that performed the job were very professional and willing to work with my schedule. I had to leave for work so I paid upfront and asked them to lock up on the way out. I mentioned I'd be returning on my lunch to let my cat out of the bathroom. The guys said that was ridiculous, that they would let the cat out and call me when they were done. I was very grateful for the help.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what they were doing. The person who came out to estimate was very good and the people who came out were very nice and clean.

Very prompt reply, estimate and quick work. We especially like the sustainable products that they use like recycled newsprint.

Christopher, the estimator, was on time and very informative. After receiving the estimate on-the-spot, I called and scheduled for the following week. I was given a 30 minute window during which they were to arrive. The following day, my husband wanted a change made to the quote, requesting a row of existing insulation be removed, rather than just blowing insulation on top of it. Christopher came out the next day, reinspected and gave us a new quote (only $100 more in this case). We were able to keep our original insulation installation date. The crew arrived on time. They were professional and friendly. They really seemed to enjoy their work. They were finished in less time than was expected (2 hours, rather than 3). They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me all the completed paperwork for the PGE rebate, including the exact amount I should expect. Excellent operation.

When I bought my 1920's-era house twelve years ago it had blown-in insulation in the attic. The house has always been somewhat cooler in hot weather than other similar houses I've visited. Then this year I had the roof completely replaced and the house seemed less cool after that. (No, no change to roof shingle color.) I surmised that the roofers had dislodged and/or removed some of the blown-in insulation. To replace it, I called a few blown-in insulation installers. All Seasons was the only one to return my call right away and schedule an estimate. The estimate was free and the estimator was very informative and spent quite a bit of time at the house. He talked me into having insulation blown into the walls as well, although he pointed out that walls on an addition didn't need it because they were newer. The work was scheduled at my convenience, and was done by a crew of at least three guys with a truck full of specialized equipment. It took several hours. The attic work involved piping material in through the house; the wall work was done by drilling holes in the stucco and filling from the outside. The walls on the newer addition turned out to not be insulated after all, so they did those walls as well without charging extra. They patched the walls and primed the holes afterward. (The wall drilling was extremely noisy, by the way. Don't plan on talking on the phone while this is going on!) They had put tarps down inside the house and tidied up nicely inside and out when they were done. There was a fine coating of dust throughout the house as a result of this work but it was easy to vacuum up. I can't say I notice that the house is fabulously cooler now, but our weather has been fairly mild since then, so it's hard to tell. I have yet to see whether the wall insulation keeps the house warmer in the winter.

Excellent responsiveness and quality of work. They needed to be called back to finish cleanup in a few spots that were missed, but were very responsible about doing so right away.
