Everything from the quote preparation, the system they use to make changes and accept the proposal, and the crew themselves were top notch. The house sound system sounds great and everything they did had the utmost attention to detail involved. They also were incredibly clean and thoughtful throughout, which was a welcomed change from some of the other contractors I had do work at my house. Definitely 5 star knowledge and service. It's rare to find both.

James, & the crew at Royal Theater Design were hired to install security cameras. They are truly 5-star: top-quality thoroughly professional service, personable & courteous to deal with.

James and his crew did exactly what they promised they would do. The original walk-through with them was informative as they were able to explain the technical aspect in a way I could understand. They offered 2 options, and once I chose which way to go they go the job done. They originally thought it would be a 2 day job, but the team got it done in 1 day. They installed 3 TVs and sounders, and a wireless network throughout the entire house (3 stories with balconies that all needed good WiFi.) They created a great, strong network throughout. The TV install went smoothly with minimal invasive work that needed to be done to complete the install. I couldn't recommend them more for creating and installing a state-of-the-art home theater system at a very decent price. They are worth every penny! Highly recommended.

When I started my home renovation, my contractor had "his guy" lined up to install all the audio and visual throughout the house. But when the time came, the guys price was outrageous and he was impossible to get a hold of, so I took matters into my own hands. After multiple bids and proposals I narrowed it down to Royal Theater and one other. It didnt take me long to make my decision. James and Jeff of Royal Theater Design are friendly, transparent and have clearly built their business on longstanding relationships and referrals. Their prices were fair and James spent hours working with me to customize a system that met my budget without sacrificing quality or sound. He looked at everything I already had and told me what we could use and what we couldn't. In other words, he wasn't in this just to make a buck, but rather to help me create what I was looking for without up-selling. His long time business associate Jeff showed up with his team first thing in the morning and got right to work. They were friendly, attentive and meticulous. They worked from the crack of dawn until nearly sundown to make sure the job was done on time and exactly the way I wanted it. They were so great they even kept my almost 6 year old daughter entertained from time to time. By the end of the day, not only did I have a perfect sounds system setup (with the potential to expand and upgrade it in the future), but my daughter, who had just begun taking cooking classes offered to cook Jeff breakfast next time he came to upgrade out system. In a world that seemingly has become so focused on the bottom line and squeezing customers for every last penny, it was refreshing to work with a company that put the customer first. I will surely come back to them as the renovation moves forward. If you're looking for A/V specialists who know their stuff, are friendly and will certainly put your best interest first and foremost look no further...these are your guys.

Royal Theater Design! We just canâ t say enough about how professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable they are! We had a home entertainment/Control 4 system installed in our home by a different company about three years ago, and it needed a complete overhaul, since so many things were not working correctly. We called Royal Theater Design, left a message, and James returned our call that very day. He came out the following day to analyze our system, and gave us a detailed estimate the next day. We scheduled the work for the following week. True to his word, Jamesâ s technicians were at our house on time (even early!) every day and they got right to work each day. They replaced our existing speakers with true surround sound speakers, balanced our bass, fixed our wifi issues, installed new Apple TVs, updated our Control 4 System, and totally reconfigured our entire equipment rack - a beautiful thing! (see before and after photos!) Our techs, Jeff, JD, and Will were very reliable, hard-working, and professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explain our new system in detail, and they didnâ t leave until the job was done. Our system is amazing now, and weâ re so grateful to have Royal Theater Design in our corner!

James and his team provided excellent service and made it a very easy experience to install an entire home theatre experience that included mounting 2 flat screen TVs, running all wires through the walls, and installing an entire surround sound system.

I never give feedback on anything, never, but, working with James and his crews was so exceptional I felt it was time. They promised a lot and the exceeded their promises. What's more, the far exceeded my expectations. That has rarely happened. From my phone calls with JAMES to the professionalism of his crews, who dismantled my system from my old house and reinstalled it in our new house, the positive attitude and work ethic was amazing.
