Juan Limon responded within an hour after I submitted the request. My situation was not an emergency, but he arranged to come that same day. He had me text pictures of the problem so that he could e sure to have the right parts on his truck. He arrived within the appointed timeframe and completed the work that day. Juan is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use his services in the future.

They forgot their appt with me & I had to call them. They were suppose to be at my home around noon, I had to call them a bit after 1pm to find out where they were. At that time I was told they had forgotten the appt. The did send someone but that person did not show up until around 3pm. My time is also valuable. This is the 2nd problem I have had with Home Advisor "Pros" and I will no longer be using Home Advisor
