All Yard Clean Up Service

We hired them for a one time yard cleanup they did such a great job we are going to hire them on a regular basis for yard upkeep. Pedro and his crew followed all directions, they were on time very courteous and had great enthusiasm during the job. We highly recommend them.

Pedro called me directly almost immediately after my request and was very willing to come by within 24hrs. He stopped by the same afternoon to look at the job and ended up going onto the roof to see what he would need to do. He found the clog in the gutter, removed it and was all done in less than 30 minutes. I thought his price was high, but we had not discussed pricing, so I was willing to pay it and have the problem solved so quickly.

Pedro was quick to respond, on time and professional. Job got done in about an hours time just in time for the rain. I’d hire him again.

I am a property manager and needed someone to clean gutters and downspouts for my rental properties. Pedro and his team came in to a BIG mess that we had not anticipated due to a tenant not maintaining the yard the way they promised to do. They came to do the estimate and were ready to get started. They pulled weeds from the rocks, cut back plants, roses, removed dead plants and truly helped the yard to look like a yard again instead of a weed field! Although we had spoken about then cutting out one dead plant, they actually took out a few others we had not discussed, so that was a little disappointing, but overall, a good job, I would recommend Pedro and his team and will use them again for clean up.

Friendly, did not arrive at time expected. Did not inform of delay. Said he had finished job. i did not walk around with him. Paid him full amount. Same day I saw he had not cleaned the one gutter i had told him needed the most cleaning. Client hopes for a better review after he comes back.

My back yard and front was overgrown due to neglect. Pedro came in and cleared & hauled everything away in 1.5 days plus he sent me pics of the progress and before & after shots. Reliable, honest and fast! Will be calling him back for monthly maintenance and handyman chores. Thanks again!
