JBI did a great job with additional lighting in my bathrooms. It was done professionally. Jose’s and his helper were puntual and friendly. Once the job was completed, they meticulously cleaned the debris leaving the area the same way found before the job. I really appreciated. The attention to detail and I will definitely call him back on my next project.

Joe, his brother and workers are polite annd knowlegable. They will work with you on your project. His brother does excellent tile work. At first, communication can be hit and miss but keep working with him.

I have hired Jose for 3 different projects over the last year and a half. I knew I would rehire after the first project. So far he and his team have remodeled 2 bedrooms including building a built in desk and 3 drawer cabinet, installed wood flooring, built cabinets in closet, built wall to wall bookshelves, installed 2 new doors, replaced a window with glass block, exterior stucco, drywalled entire garage with new electrical, remodeled 2 bathrooms foundation up including new copper plumbing new sewer drains, new sub flooring, tile floors and walls, sinks, cabinets, showers, all fixtures and painting. he is very professional ,takes all covid precautions, is on time, works all day and then some, finishes when he says it will be done and at the price he quoted. I will hire him for all my construction projects and highly recommend him to anyone!

Even with all the delays due to Covid Jose finished this project as the materials came in. We had a several month delay due to Covid on getting our fireplace doors and Jose came right after they finally were installed and completed the project in just a few days. Jose redid our whole kitchen, installed tile on the whole downstairs floor and redid both of our fireplaces. Everything was done very professionally with precision and way faster than was expected. He was always punctual and showed up when he was supposed to. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with JAV. We found his name on home advisor and will use him again in the future when we have other remodeling issues.

Was lacking in written skills. I never received a written contract proposal even though I gave Mr Avila one that I had received from another recommended contractor. Therefore I had to verbally remind him of the agreed upon items, which were then done quickly without complaint

Good contractor! Was very responsive, showed up when he said he would, always returned calls and messages. A real breath of fresh air in this industry. All good guys. Will absolutely call on him again.

Our bathroom looks great. The work was done on time and with care. Communication was good and every team member was polite and professional. They weren t the cheapest bid we received but their price was fair and the work was well done. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr. Avila was so easy to work with. He was prompt in his response, quick but thorough in his work, professional, trustworthy and clean. We left for the weekend, gave him a key and returned to a project almost finished and a clean house. He built shelves, a cabinet, a built in desk with drawers, tile, wood flooring and all painting. His price was very fair. I ll hire him again.

JAV and crew did a great job on a remodel of an older mobile home. Easy to schedule and work with. All went smoothly. The job included tricky replumbing. JAV also completed landscaping, including a new lawn, another a great job.

After my bar counter was demo'd we found that it was not level. Mr. Avila was very willing to take on the task of leveling the bar counter, without fuss. His work was of great quality, as verified by inspectors. I was very pleased with the overall quality of work performed. I highly recommend Mr. Jose Avila and the JAV staff!!

The two projects that JAV did for me involved modifying the plumbing in my laundry room, removing and replacing some drywall, and painting a couple of rooms. The price was fair, the quality was excellent, and both projects were finished in just one day each. I intend to use JAV again in the future.
