Alex is extremely knowledgeable and completely on top of things. He treats you like you are the most important customer in his busy business. In a few minutes, he gave us a quote. We have had a Rheem water heater for the past 22 years and wanted to replace it with the same brand. We did purchase another similar Rheem water heater from Home Depot. Alex offered to pick it up from there, deliver it, and install it. So the next day we met him at Home Depot. He went to inspect the new Rheem water heater and noticed it was missing some parts and that it had an electric starter. Which in the past has been a problem meaning more expense for the homeowner prematurely if it goes out, and we all definitely want to avoid that as much as possible? Also, if it does stop functioning correctly you might have to have the unit removed and the new one reinstalled at your own expense, even if the unit is still under warranty. Alex recommended us to go with a Bradford White only gas water heater, which he got us a great deal on. Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done. We will definitely recommend Alex and crew at So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter to all my friends and family. Good luck with your future plumbing needs. I guarantee will not be disappointed.

So-Cal Plumbing came within 1 hr to view my project and gave me a price I was happy with. Came back the next day and completed the job in a short amount of time. I am happy with their suggestions and the finished Job. Will consider them for the next project.

This was a gas line repair/replacement job. Jose arrived as scheduled and ready to go. I gave him a cash deposit at the time of project estimate to buy some materials. I expected to see someone with a gas sensor to trace down the leak and do all of that pro looking voodoo. Jose is not that guy. He knows what he's doing, how the job is supposed to look and what materials are needed to get it done. The price was OK, but I'm no judge of what is normal and I didn't get a competing bid. I was thinking about doing that, but after speaking to Jose, I got the sense that he took good workmanship seriously and i was not disappointed. The gas smell is gone, the new piping looks neat, well laid out and properly secured. Plus he helped me with a DIY range top install at no extra charge. I'll definitely hire So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter again.

I got several quotes before going with So Cal plumbing. Jose not only Quoted the lowest price but when I asked him the price to replace the drip pan he told me $20.00 additional dollars (which I knew to be the true price) compared to the $400.00 I was quoted by a well known plumbing company. They were quick, neat, courteous, and through. Jose is now my new go to plumber!!
