They completed the work exactly as they stated. I had a bad valve head for my water softener, and he took it and had it replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. They only charged labor. The company I bought it from was trying to sell me parts and tell me how to fix it myself over email, even though it was less than 3 years old. Very thankful that I found Pat's.

I was originally going to have Pat install a whole home water filtration system, on the day of the install, I asked Pat if ICould change my mind and he said that is not a problem. I ended up with a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system installed. Pat went above and beyond when he allowed me to change my mind. He had to send his coworker back to the shop to swap out the unit's for me.

Pat and his assistant Ryan were very professional and friendly. All work done quickly and I am completely satisfied with the result.
