On the phone and wedsite, it mentioned 3 yrs part and labor warranty. On my receipt only 2 yrs. He is supposed to send me the english owner's manual. I still have not received yet. Price quote on repair not clear. Replacing the resin in softener I got quote for $195. When coming to service I got quote for over $ 500
