Description of Work: The contractor never bothered to show up for the appointment. We made a few phones afterwards. Still no response.

Description of Work: From a special deal on Angie's List they came to my home and later emailed me a computer rendering of a potential kitchen remodel. They were professional, personable and accommodating to my questions and wish list. I have not, as yet, gone forward with the remodel, but they will be definitely in consideration when I'm ready to commit.

Description of Work: Provider stated that the plumber may not be able to perform the water softener installation.

Description of Work: Mike quoted a room addition we were considering. Throughout the quotation process he was very professional. He was one of the top two contenders if we had chosen to move ahead with the addition. Ultimately we chose not to do the addition due to other commitments and it was not in our budget at this time.

Description of Work: Angie's List special for 8hrs. Two came, replaced three doors (steel, fire and regular 6-panel) - 2 of which were original doors from 1979 - so they were complicated. with different sized openings. It was a little hard to get the appointment set up, and I had to watch them to make sure the door wasn't rubbing. I understand why they weren't as particular, since they had to adjust the door opening, but they kept re-doing it until finished. The result was good.

Description of Work: Installed a new water heater and disposed of the old water heater. The installation was somewhat complicated but Francisco was patient and worked through the issues until the job was completed to our total satisfaction. I will definitely use Ace in the future for additional work and remodeling as well.

Description of Work: The deal was $49 for a bathroom remodel plan. I got what I paid for. However, I expected them to offer more ideas/suggestion/alternatives for my remodel. They basically took my ideas and created a computer drawing from them. Since they are in the business of remodeling and have done many bathrooms, I expected more input from them.

Description of Work: Changed out old water heater for new one. I have had a bad experience in the past and wanted to make sure there were non hidden fees. I contacted Ace Construction and Plumbing after reviewing them on Angie's List. Mike Aceves assured me there were no hidden fees. The one time fee included a new water heater and complete installation. Mike Aceves scheduled the work for two days later, saying his workers would be there at 8:00 am sharp. Mike and his workers showed on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Best of all, there were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. Description of Work: Had a misunderstanding at first but then contractor was very accommodating to provide what was needed to make sure that we were happy customers.

Description of Work: Visited our house, took dimensions for a proposed addition and provided conceptual drawings for the new work.

Description of Work: Did a total remodel of a bathroom in 2011, and in 2012 they put in a patio door and changed the exterior to fit a smaller patio door and painted the inside and outside. They did crown molding in my living room as well in 2012.

Description of Work: He installed pergo flooring, painted the whole inside of my house, did some special tile work for me, and did a lot of exterior and interior electrical work.
