Abdullah did a great job going around the house checking for potential entry ways that rodents can go through more than the initial job we had in July. He was a very nice guy. Our home project was insulation & pest control. The insulation job & cleanup of rodent droppings was great as well.

Abdullah came by this morning and did a thorough investigation of where the rats are continuing to get into the walls of my house. He checked the traps set in the attic, went up on the roof to check for any entry holes, sprayed foam on a couple potential entry holes on the back of the house, and secured my dryer vent and hose. He answered all my questions professionally, and was efficient and courteous. I highly recommend his services.

Jaime (Jimmy), the foreman of the job was wonderful. He worked hard and kept his team moving. They covered a lot of area and weâ re finished in a timely manner. He provided extensive photos of work in attic. Julien called the following day to make sure all went well and that I was satisfied. I have used Attic Pros in the past & trust them.

The entire experience with Attic Pros was great. Samim was super informative and answered all my questions after he stopped by to provide a quote. Out of all the places I called he was able to provide a fair price and went above and beyond in answering my questions. Armando and his team showed up on time on the day we had scheduled and they provided pictures of the work and were impeccable with setup to prevent debris in our house and cleaning up afterward. If I had to redo my attic I would call Attic Pros again and would hope to work with the same team! Great service and communication.

For this project, the attic had to be first cleaned from some rodent droppings and afterwards newly insulated. From the beginning by calling AtticPros, cleaning the attic and finally installing the new insulation, everything went extremely smoothly and professionally. Julian from the customer satisfaction team received my first call, answered all my questions and immediately sent a co-worker (on a Sunday) who inspected the attic who then suggested and recommended the next steps: 1) cleaning the attic and 2) install some new insulation while making sure that any openings where rodents might have entered the attic before should be closed. The entire cleaning and re-insulation was done 4 days later and took only a single day. AtticPros sent a team of several workers with Noe being their foreman. They first wrapped the area on the first floor where they had to walk and brought in the vacuum hose for cleaning the attic with plastic wrap so that nothing else in the house get dirty or damaged. After the attic was entirely cleaned, new insulation was installed. All the "bad stuff" from the attic was wrapped in large plastic sacks and removed on the same day. Noe showed me some before/after pictures, and it is a difference like night and day :-) I am extremely satisfied with their work and can strongly recommend them to others.

They installed new attic and crawl space insulation, as well as rodent proofing and crawlspace cleaning. Fair price. Two day job. Samim work on the inspection and was very responsive when working on the quote and scope of work. Armando always arrived on time and his crew worked diligently to get the project done. Sergio did a good job with all administrative work. The week after the project I identified a few issues and they sent Said Abdullah to fix them. He went above and beyond to identify issues, and plan for a solution. Will visit again in a couple of weeks to ensure everything is taken care off.

The team from Julian Ricky and Osman along with their teams were professional and very hard working. It was a tough job to be in the crawl space below my house. They took out and replaced all the insulation, sealed holes from critters and installed a vapor barrier. Tough job and they were excellent

Please communicate better

Melesio and his team were early to my appt. They started immediately, tunneled the area to keep things clean, and were very detailed and worked with integrity to make sure attic holes were sealed to prevent pests, and double checked that things were done properly. They even added wired mesh to the crawlspace vents to prevent pests. They sucked out old blown in, disinfected, sealed holes, and added new rolled in batting, all within 9 hours. I would recommend Attic Pros. Wahab (salesman), Melesio (team lead) and Julian (customer service follow up) were all great to work with.

Roy way the team manager. They encapsulated our crawlspace. To start, Roy called me 30 minutes before coming and they were on time. He explained everything they were going to do. My crawlspace is completely encapsulate to my satisfaction. They did a great job, I would definitely use them again. There was one procedure that was not on the contract. When I did the inspection of the crawlspace, I explain the problem to Roy. He called the salesperson and HQ to get an answer. I also called the main number in Oakland. Clinton answered the phone. He understood the problem immediately. He called Roy back and explained what was needed. Roy then explained that it was after 5pm and they would have to come back again to complete the project. I called HQ back and got Clinton set up a new appointment to complete the project that same week (within 3 days). Roy was the team manager when they returned, They completed all the caulking and sealing that was required I did a final inspections, and found 4 tiny little items that needed fixing. I do mean tiny - I am very specific and view the entire crawlspace. Roy and the team immediate correct the 4 small items. I am very happy with the work that they had done. All of the team were professional, friendly, and did good work. There was no mess at all when they left, they cleaned up everything and removed any debris that was there. My crawlspace is completely encapsulate to my satisfaction. The crawlspace is completely cleaned up - no debris, pipe, or insulation laying around. The team did a great job, I would definitely use them again.

Julian showed up on time, listened to my needs and performed the job exactly as I wanted. They excavated a new hole for a new sump pump in my basement with a minimum of noise and installed the new sump pump and connected it to another pump outside my basement. They did a professional job of linking these two systems together and did no damage to my garden. Cleaned up well afterwards. I would use them again. And their price was considerably less than another bid I got. A third bid I requested from RotoRooter never responded with a bid despite two phone calls to them.
