Well, if I ever left a great review, this is the greatest. Attic Pros of 718 Douglas Ave., Oakland, CA have to be the best Attic experts in the Bay Area and beyond. Wahab came out and gave us an estimate and we hired them immediately. The contract came to my email very shortly afterwards, and they agreed to be here the next day to do the job. We had an attic that had been invaded by rats. All of the old blown in insulation needed to be removed and it needed to be completely cleaned. All of the entry points for rats needed to be wired and closed up. All of the brand new rodent resistant insulation bats had to be put up into the attic and on top of all that they had to move all sorts of storage items out of the attic onto the driveway and then back up into the attic again via pull down stairway when they were done. It was a monumental job, but five men spent the entire day cleaning our attic, re insulating it, checking all of the duct work and tightening it up and making sure there were no leaks and rehabilitating it. We feel like weâ re in a new house. Thank you so much Attic Pros for your professionalism, your expertise, your wonderful employees, and satisfying our every expectation. Attic cleaning removal o droppings & debri, air sealing, rodent proofing, attic sanitation, Soffit vents baffles installation, installation 16" R-38 Batts and bathroom exhaust fan creating opening in roof. Not only did I need insulation work, I also needed pest control as rat droppings were discovered in the crawl space. Everyone, from Victor who performed the inspection, to Jose (job foreman) and his crew who did the insulation installation and all aspects of the pest control, to Julian (Attic Pros customer service) were all professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hardworking, and prompt. Home repair can be daunting and stressful. The professionals at Attic Pros took away that stress. I highly recommend them!

The team that did the insulation was fantastic. Did a great job! Very happy!!! I would recommend recording your conversation though with the sales guyâ ¦ there was definitely a miscommunication with what I was very clear asking for (received estimate) and what the sales guy wanted to do to my attic the day of insulation. Work done was great! But the stress caused day of job due to sales guys mistake was crappy. The team who did the insulation- could not of been happier. I would recommend that team to anyone.

Julian, Jose and worker were all very courteous and professional. The estimate appointment was the day after my call and the job was finished the next day. It included removal of old insulation contaminated by roofing debris. These days it's unusual to get the kind of quality I received. I was very impressed!

Wais, the estimator, and Lugerio, the lead who removed and installed our attic insulation, did an amazing job. We had to get rid of asbestos that wrapped around our old ducts, so Wais was able to arrange an abatement company to remove it all safely and responsibly before Lugerio's team came in to do the rest. There was no wait time, and everything was scheduled seamlessly. The team was thorough and extremely fair - they found that they needed one less duct, so Wais adjusted the final cost. I am very satisfied with their work, their courteousness, and their professional and fast response to my detailed questions. I highly recommend this team and company.

Overall, they were responsive and thorough. We havenâ t heard any critters so weâ re crossing our fingers!

Timely and clean with pictures

The Attic Pros team led by Jose Zepeda with his assistant Edmer did a great job on my crawlspace which was infested with rodents - they replaced the plastic barrier and insulation and ensured no rodents could reenter.. I was impressed with their competence, professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. I would definitely hire them again.

Julian, Jorge and Javier did a fantastic job replacing insulation, repairing, cleaning and sanitizing our crawl space after a rat infestation. They were efficient and proficient. We were really impressed. Highly recommend.

Lugerio and his work partner did an excellent job. Before work began, they took the time to create a dust-free environment by taping off the area between my front door and the hallway leading to the crawl space. They spent a significant time in the crawl space cleaning and rodent proofing the area, as well as locating and removing two dead animals. In addition, they checked around the exterior of the house for places animals could enter. They repaired old screening where it was needed. Lugerio provided many before and after pictures of the work done in the crawl space. It was easy to see what a huge difference they had made! All trash and debris was triple-bagged and removed from my home, as well. I was very impressed with the work-ethic displayed by these gentlemen from AtticPros, and canâ t say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend them!
