Said Abdullah did a great job He investigated everything from the roof to the crawl space to the basement that needed attention to the problem of rats. Said spent 1 1/2 hours to make sure he completed everything. We have to wait and see what happens next. We will definitely request Said next time. We live in San Rafael

Said Abdullah did a great job of finding and sealing holes that allowed critters to enter our attic. Over-all, AtticPros is doing a very thorough job of sealing our attic, removing the existing insulation and thoroughly cleaning the attic prior to installing new insulation.

Said is here now to put the butt insulation. He is very good , thorough and nice.

I called for Rodent problem, Jacob almost coerced into buying insulation for the entire house, I ended up agreeing to it. I believe the crew of Marvin did an excellent job not entirely sure I needed the whole hose done. I did need to control the rodents though. Unfortunately, the rodents are still there, visible droppings. The insulation group did remedy some openings not all though since the rodents are still present. Sailed Abdullah came and addressed quite a few openings. He pointed out potential issues and addressed it. Hope this works. He was very professional and courteous, knowledgeable. Like to address a critical issue: looking at your web site you claim to be a â greenâ company. When I approached Jacob to send me application to claim insulation rebate, a major reason I went along to do the insulation. To my shock, he claimed I cannot claim credit since he only used 34 grade insulation instead of the 38. I feeler defrauded by Jacob because he never told me I couldnâ t claim credit. Iâ d like the Principal/Owner to call and address this issue to me and all of your other clients. Jacob needs to be honest since heâ s the â FACEâ of your Company. Hope to hear from you soon. My home had rodent problems so I called AtticPros to check. They gave me best quote and work was scheduled within a week. Crew were awesome and completed the job with full satisfaction. I saw small mice in garage and called for inspection. Syeed Abdullah came and immediately spotted opening below garage door due to uneven floor. He helped fixed it without any charge and hopefully rodent problem is gone completely. I plan to install camera to watch for any rodent in crawl space and attic and then seek help from AtticPros to resolve the issue.

I had Attic Pros take care of my rodent problem after exhausting all efforts. They gave me a good price for the work and was please with the results. Ricky and crew were very professional. They wasted no time in starting the work even though it was raining heavily outside. Friendly, courteous and kept us well posted on all they were doing. At the end of the dayâ s work, they cleaned up so well and placed/arranged everything back to its original state. I recommend them to anyone who needs their attic worked on. The staff from beginning to end were terrific. On time, courteous, and professional. After I had the attic insulation removed and new insulation blown in, I had them clean out and seal the crawl space. About 2 weeks later I had evidence of a rat on the first floor of the house. Said Abdullah came, inspected the outside, sealed a possible point of entry, also sealed other possible entry spots from the crawl space to inside the house. All done efficiently, professionally, and with an explanation of each thing he did. Based on Saidâ s work alone, I would highly recommend them.

We had the batts insulation installed in 2021. As well as the eco friendly radiant barrier which was suggested after researching we went with it. Wonderful recommendation from Attic Pros. Helps keep our home cooler in hot w weather as well as warmer in cold. The service comes with a warranty for Rat proofing. Recently we heard some potential rat noises from the attic. I called Attic Pros and was set up with an appointment for a technician to come and re check the work an seal off any potential areas of entry. They must have sent their best technician not only was he completely thorough as far as inspecting previous work and repairing anything that needed. He was very informative and courteous. We feel fortunate to have had Said sent to our home to do the work. As of now I couldnâ t me more pleased. If ever we need a service from attic pros. We will definitely request Said

I hired Attic Pro for attic ladder installation. Asad came to look at the project and explained the whole ladder installation process. His guy did the excellent job to install the ladder. The finished product looks great.

Great job performing the replacement of the old attic insulation

Said Abdullah checked under my house for any rodent damage, unfortunately he found some. He blocked off the areas they are coming in from and cleaned up the mess. He was very efficient and had great patience explaining everything to me. I have used this company for about 6 years and plan to keep on using them
