Attic Pros

I was called and told when he would be arriving. When he arrived he listened to my experience of hearing the rodent activity and traces of the insulation coming through the ceiling vents. Then he went right to work and found a place to the side of my decking in the back that had a (not visible) hole and he wired and sealed it and 2 other places that were not obvious. He also rechecked the attic since I was worried that the rats had created damage to my newly installed and steralized insulation. All was well. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to the concerns and worries I had about the continuing issue. He was very good at solving the problem and very polite. Thank you very much!

Price was high the way attic pros take care of everything definitely worth it AFTER 2 years heard noise in the walls, I did not know that I am still under warranty I called attic Pros. Abdullah kamal was amazing. He found the main entry point where rodents have been entering our home for years. He sealed the hole, the garage door, and the chimney. We are finally rodent free.

Said abdullah Has been out to help 2 times and successfully sealed the areas so rodents couldnâ t enter and sanitized the are so it no longer smelled of animal. He sealed up the property better than the folks that were here previously.

Attic Pros removed and cleaned my attic before adding new insulation. Attic Pros were very professional and did a high quality job. Said Abdullah responded for a follow up and checked to verify traps were untouched as well as confirmed all if any possible entry points were secured to ensure rodents stayed out.

The team from attic pros has been great. Last fall i called for estimate and the service team followed to complete the work. They were polite and professional and the work completed to satisfaction. The review today comes as a result of a follow up call 3 months later when one of the attic vent screens was compromised (bird, squirrel unsure). I called and SAYID was sent out two days later to review the issue and he repair the screen with no hassle. He also walked around and checked all of the other screens to ensure all was in good shape. Mr. Said Abdullah was our technician for service on April 25, 2023. This service was intended to be a routine visit. I was impressed how thorough and professional Said was. He examined areas inside, outside, and around the perimeter foundation. He observed the current rodent activity inside and pointed out entry points in areas previously rodent-proofed and, more importantly, identified new entry points around the exterior of our home. He used spray foam, wire mesh, and silicone to fill the entry points. He refilled the traps. I consider his work and effort to be exceptional. I will definitely ask Attic Pros to send Said on our next appointment. He is a credit to his company.

Jeremy was punctual and respectful when visiting the property. He was able to quickly assess the current state of the attic and crawlspace and provide a fair estimate. He was also very knowledgable in advising me on additional steps that I could take to further protect my property. Jeremey also did a great job deciding on the type of insulation and vapor barrier that will be installed that would result in long term success in taking care of my property. Jeremy continued to be very responsive in answering my questions throughout the rest of the process. Omar was the foreman on site, he and the rest of his team were also incredibly respectful and worked diligently over the course of 4 days to finish up the project. Omar did a great job communicating work that had been completed each day as well as any observations he made in the attic and crawlspace. He and his team did a great job protecting the property while they completing their work. If I have any attic or crawlspace needs again I will absolutely reach out to Attic Pros and ask specifically for Jeremy, Omar, and his team. I will come back and update this review with before / after photos.

Great service

Attic Pros replaced the insulation in my duplex's attic and sealed entry points. Of the various technicians they sent, Said is the best. He is very careful and thorough. He checks places where I had not thought of before. I am unfortunate to have neighbors who do not take care of their property. I have to rely on Attic Pros to do whatever they are able to in order to help me. Their office support people are also helpful and responsive.

Said Abdullah was the technician who came to my house to follow up on my crawl space infestation with rats. Said inspected the outside deck area . He took off a plank of the wood patio deck to find the entrance of rats getting into my crawl space . He was very thorough and worked for a couple of hours to put in steel Mesh into open areas. He worked efficiently and effortlessly. I would highly recommend Said and Attic Pro! Than k you once again for solving this problem.

Attic Pros installed a sump pump under difficult conditions. Drained the crawl space and then installed the pump just before more heavy rains. Other companies wouldnà ¢à  à  t take the job until the crawl space was drained.. Attic Pros then sent someone the next day to finish the exterior plumbing, Very grateful for Attic Pros.

Abdullah came as part of a maintenance call after the initial rodent proofing and infested insulation removal. He was extremely meticulous in scoping out any remaining rodent entry points and getting those closed. I would definitely recommend him as a technician for any rodent and pest control projects.

He performed a task that was not done initially which was to lift a plank on the deck so he could get to the foundation area. He plugged three entry points along the foundation. Said was professional in his approach to solving a problem.

The work was performed in a timely manner and very professionally. The follow up visit to check the traps left in the crawl space revealed there was still a problem as one trap had a rodent. The technician Said was very thorough and even lifted a plank on the deck to get to the foundation. There he found three entry points that he plugged up. He was extremely careful and replaced all items back where they were before he started. This work had not been done during the initial visit. I am very pleased with the results of this operation, cleaning, replacing damaged vent tubing and wall insulation. A heat shield was also installed. The company has lived up to its promise.

Said Abdallah did a great job of investigating everything, closing all the holes/gaps and make sure no rats/mice can enter the crawl space. Very dedicated, and gone above and beyond to close some of the gaps with concrete and others with traps, etc. Had a fantastic experience

It was an expensive service but worth it. Jorgeâ  s professional attention to detail is outstanding. He wore a full-on haz mat suit and cleared out what is easily 25 years of infested insulation from the ceiling crawl space and from under the house. The areas were thoroughly cleaned and sterilized. All the while, he was a detective unearthing every sneaky way the rats have crawled into the house. Every entry and path was sealed. Off with thick foam and gnaw-defiant screening. Traps were set and my hope is the house is so well fortified the rats will move on and leave this house alone

Sho, Nico and the whom crew did a great job. We had a horrible rat infestation that destroyed our ductwork. They replaced the ductwork and cleaned/ sealed the crawlspace. Highly recommend Attic Pros.
