Carlos came by and replaced an old/broken sprinkler valve. He came at around the time he said he would, completed the job quickly, and was professional and polite throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else with sprinkler issues.

This was actually the 3rd time we've hired Carlos, and he's definitely our go-to guy for any irrigation issues that crop up. Prices are always fair, he's very easy and pleasant to deal with, and the work is always done right. I had a very minor issue one time, that required no parts and only a couple minutes of his time. He said he was already in the area, and didn't charge me for the quick fix since I was a repeat customer. That was a very kind gesture that he didn't have to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

If there were a higher rating for Carlos, I would give it. I called him to fix issues with my sprinkler system and to get it up to code. I got several bids. Many told me that the whole system was bad and that I will need to replace vast sections of it. Carlos came out, I explained what was going on, and he said that certain "issues" were really not issues at all and that he would check the whole system out. He provided a bid and it was unbelievably reasonable. We set a time and he came out when he said he would. He repaired the entire system, installed drips, and got it all up to code. He got the water from soaking my foundation and left the yard and surrounding area immaculate. Carlos is like a sprinkler rock star. He has over 17 years in the business and is honest and does what he says he will do. If you have any issues with your lawn irrigation, let Carlos take a look. He will amaze you.

Carlos was prompt for our appointment and quick to diagnose the problem of a leaky irrigation valve. He had the valve with him and was able to make the repair immediately.

My husband was extremely pleased, and he's typically a hard sell. The company was prompt, thorough, and reliable. We will call him again if we have a need.

Overall, the job was very good. The staff was very professional. He could have been a little more informative of what options I could have had in terms of sprinkler or sprinkler heads.

The project was completed in a day, and the work was exactly as promised. Quality of work was very good. Company was responsive and followed up. The price was a tad high, but the speed and quality were worth it.

His name is Carlos Ruiz. He supposedly redid our sprinkler so that we would not have any spots on our lawn that would be brown. He said he would come out early at eight o'clock in the morning, but he came out only at five o'clock in the evening. We waited for him. He did not even make a phone call. We had problems afterwards and he was on vacation. It was a big fiasco. He claimed he would do one section, and then afterwards when we asked him about it he had an excuse as to why he didn't do it. He was here for about an hour and he didn't finish the job. We had sprinklers that were floating up in the air after we turned it on. We were not happy with his service. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

I had to call Carlos 4 times to get most of the job done right. After his first visit, when he said the job was completed, I still had broken sprinklers, sprinklers with missing sprinkler heads and filters, sprinklers facing my gazeba instead of away from the gazebo and leaking connections. He finally came out for the 3rd time and corrected most of the problems however I have a lawn sprinkler that is still not set correctly. I feel the price was extremely high for the level of service that was performed. I realized I was paying than I would to my gardeners...but I thought I was paying an experienced sprinkler repairman.

I called this guy for an estimate. He came over and said oh I knocked on your door and you didn't come so I left. I was in the back room. He waited for what 2 minutes. He couldn't hear the two kids screaming behind the door? Did he think I just left them? So I called him and said where are you? He said when he finished his other job he'd call and come back. Never called. I called him and he said, oh ok, I'm busy so I'll call you back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Seriously? What sort of business is this?

The only minor issue -- a very minor one -- is it can be hard to get a hold of him during the day, but that's because he's on site working. He always returned messages at the end of the day, so really wasn't a problem. The quality of the work more than makes up for a minor inconvenience.

I called for an estimate and Carlos came out on time to meet me. I don't know what I expected the cost to be but his price was more than I thought it would be so I told him I would need to get another estimate. I did get a second estimate that turned out to be slightly less than Carlos' price but I felt very comfortable with him so I hired him to do the job at the higher price. The little things like him being dressed for work but still neat and clean and him driving a clean and neat truck made me feel that the work would be completed in a neat and clean manner as well. I wasn't disappointed. When I left for work, there was dirt and ivy all over my walkway to the yard as well as grass dug up in areas that needed access. I must admit that when I left, I was wondering what I would find when I got home. No need to worry. When I got home the job was finished and you couldn't tell that he had even been there except that I no longer have water running down my walkway and driveway. I would use Carlos again and certainly recommend him without reservation.

I arrived home from a business trip on a Saturday to discover a sprinkler zone stuck on. Apparently it had been on for days. Nothing I did would turn it off. Called The Sprinkler Tech on a Saturday afternoon. He was on another job, but came over within an hour, and was able to turn off the sprinkler. Returned two days later, as promised, and installed a new valve. He was honest, reliable, and knowledgable. I would use him again!

It went very smoothly. They came on time. Took the key pad to be fixed, and then replaced the valve when they reinstalled the key pad.

I called on Friday afternoon and left a message and Carlos returned my call the next day. He came to look at my system on Tuesday and returned to do the job on Friday when he had the parts he needed to replace. He was very pleasant and thorough and did a good job, everything is working really well now. I didn't find it hard to schedule the job. He also gave me good advice on watering times. I will definitely call him if I need repairs done in future.

He showed up exactly on time; worked quickly and professionally and charged a very reasonable price. We are really happy with his work and plan to call him back to install some sprinklers in some areas not currently covered.

They were very good and we thought that their pricing was very competitive. The person who came out was Carlos and he seemed to know what he was doing and was very clear about what needed to be done. He came out and did the work. There were some issues about him getting paid because it had to go through the condo management company and he was very gracious about that. We would definitely use them again.

My sprinkler system had many sprinkler heads not functioning and many pipes that had leaks. Ruben spent about 4 hours in the yard working on the system. He had to come back the next day to complete the job and bring some parts that he needed. He did a very good job on the system and got it up and working again. I called him back another time to replace some sprinkler heads and fix another broken pipe. I had some difficulty getting a time scheduled but we agreed on a date. He did not arrive that day so I called again and reached an answering system. He finally called me back and this time he did come on the expected day and fix the problem. He does very good work but is difficult to schedule. I now have a gardener who can repair any problem in my system and will probably not need to call Ruben again. I liked the job he did but his inconsistencies in working with the agreed upon scheduling was a problem.

Very easy, took 2 days to get all parts.

Carlos came as scheduled to review the job and give a quote (he even called to let me know he was little delayed but on his way, even though it was still within the window we had agreed to). We was professional and thorough in inspecting what was here, and gave me a quote for each of the three areas of the work that needed to be done and we agreed on a day for the work to be done. Carlos showed up as planned and performed all the work discussed expertly and thoroughly. The system works flawlessly and the installation of the timer was done very neatly and professionally.

Everything was done promptly and to our satisfaction. He wanted to explain a variety of different brands and I told him a range of what we wanted to spend. He went back and then suggested those brands that were the best and matched with our price range which helped out quite a bit. The only bad thing was that he missed an appointment twice, but he did call to let us know.

Carlos did a fine job. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend him.

He said he would email an estimate to us, which he did several days later. We agreed on the work and although it took a couple phone calls/emails to get to the actual date of service. Carlos was fairly prompt, and worked all day making all of the sprinklers run correctly and efficiently. This was a much bigger job than I had realized since he found sprinklers we had no idea we even had in the backyard. Carlos scheduled the electrician for us, and he came near the end of the day and did his job quickly. Overall, he did the job he promised to do, and did all the sprinkler work himself. He also told us we can call anytime if anything needs fixing, such as for blown sprinkler heads since our water pressure is high, or if we want to install a regulator to handle that pressure. It was a pleasure dealing with Carlos.
