Company did not respond to my first email. They replied to a second email sent a week later. After some back-and-forth we set an appointment for Monday, June 1 between 10-11 a.m. No one showed up and no one called. Because the previous reviews had been very positive, I gave the benefit of the doubt in case there had been a car accident or something. However, my call to them about the missed appointment was not returned and I have not heard anything else from them.

Took a few days to get an estimate, but once escheduled, showed up on time and made all the repairs as discussed

Carlos came out to give us an estimate on non-working sprinkler system and low water pressure. He was able to fix everything on the spot, so just charged us a service call fee and we were all set. He was able to come by about 1 hour after calling him to set up an appointment - which was great...we were starting to have our lawn die off so were anxious to get things fixed asap. He was very professional, punctual, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needed similar services.

The work was done efficiently and impressively. The job was completed in one day, with an additional quick visit needed to repair one sprinkler head that wasn't operating completely. The workers were attentive, respectful, and thorough. Carlos was always prompt, replied in a timely fashion to both phone calls and emails, and we felt was very fair with his pricing (despite the job costing much more than we anticipated). We were impressed that considering the major "surgery" that had to be done on our lawn, the grass stayed healthy and within about 10 days to two weeks it was hard to even tell where the new line had been put in.

Carlos was extremely responsive and timely - I feel confident in his work and his commitment to help us in the future. There was a small hiccup in communication (nobody's fault) and he immediately responded and took care of something additional. I like that he's reachable through cell or email. I would definitely recommend him.

I'll definitely continue hiring Carlos to fix any sprinkler problems we have. Professional all the way.

I suspected I had a leaky sprinkler line, but only periodically spotted what I thought was a leak. I called Carlos for an inspection/estimate (based on his reviews here) and made an appointment. The first time Carlos came, I could not reproduce the leak...so he said to keep an eye on it and he would come out again if it happened again. A few days later, I found out what sprinkler station was causing a leak and made another appointment. Showed Carlos and he dug a small hole and reached into the mud and water and found the hole in the line. He gave me a rough estimate of $200-$300. I told him to go ahead and he made an appointment. He came on time at the appointed day and even called me at my office to let me know that he was on his way. He carefully pulled out a couple of pavers, dug up the soil, cut out the damaged pipe and replaced it with a new piece. (I had a lot of my sprinkler line replaced about 5 years ago, but did not have this section replaced). Carlos also checked my timer and the other sprinkler heads to make sure that they were in working order. He cleaned up after he was done...and I was pleased with his work. I am going to be doing some landscaping work next year and will use him to reposition the sprinklers in the backyard.

He showed up on time, was polite, professional, easy to work with. I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but I did not get other quotes and I was extremely happy with the work he did. Would definitely work with him again.

He was here about a day an a half and I was very happy with his services. I would highly recommend him to others. I am planning on using him on a regular basis. He was very pleasant and professional. He worked hard and got the job done.

We called him to come fix a broken sprinkler head and while he was fixing that he found that all of the sprinklers were not adjusted properly. He went around fixed our sprinkler system and made sure it watered all of our plants. He was very competent and pleasant.

Carlos is really nice and very knowledgeable. He does the work himself and is very professional and prompt. Our system has never worked so well. I'll never use another sprinkler guy again other than him. Before you have your gardener screw up your system, spend a little extra and get it done right with Carlos.

Carlos and his crew were very professional and did a great job. We had numerous issues with our sprinkler system and they were able to repair/replace everything. They even discovered a leaking pipe under our house that we had no knowledge of. We paid slightly more than the original estimate, but there was some additional work that came up during the job. We felt the price was very fair for the work they did.

Carlos came by and did an assessment and estimate of our existing sprinkler system on a Monday. He was very professional, courteous, and had a great, simple solutions in mind. He came by on Thursday and performed the job...was done in a couple of hours. Showed me the work he did, and gave me advice on the schedule of the sprinkler timer as well. A very nice and professional guy, who does great work for a good price. How refreshing. Highly recommended!

Went very well. I scheduled an initial meeting and Carlos was on time. Also, they showed up when I expected to do the work and they continued until the job was complete. Carlos demonstrated keen listening and technical competence in the initial interview. He outlined what he would do and what it would cost in the first hour. They returned the following week as scheduled and did what they promised and charged what they promised. This was a very refreshing experience. This was a tough job because the garden has a mix of plants that need water along with plants that are killed by summer water. Also, this is my fourth time in trying to get the watering right so I have seen a lot of other companies try to do this job. It is very easy to fail in meeting the water needs of this garden. These people specialize in irrigation. They are not gardeners who also do irrigation on the side and this makes a huge difference...more so than I expected. These are the differences I noticed: they have a far greater command of what watering components are available and how to solve watering problems with a particular, obscure component I had not seen before (e.g., they put in a head that sprays slightly downward, instead of arching slightly upward to water under a horizontal fence post about 6 inches off the ground.); they achieve excellent coverage with their initial installation...and...they are completely responsive to requests to add or subtract water; they are lightening fast and very neat. They left no pipes or hoses exposed; they use parts that are not straight from big box chain home improvement stores and much better; They designed my system without a lot of parts that are inherently unreliable. Their design was the simplest that I've seen, in part, because they are not addicted to the big box chain home improvement stores. They are dog friendly and truly committed to pleasing the customer. During the 8 hours of work I think I made a good 20 requests for minor changes and they fulfilled every one. I will have them back next week for a few adjustments.

Carlos overall was excellent. He arrived on time and made valuable suggestions on alternative solutions and was educated on the requirements specific to our garden. When he came to do the work, he was very flexible in working with our schedule. He was on time, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend his services, and will hire him again in the future.

They were very pleasant. They came when they said they would. We would use them again.

The person who I dealt with was named Carlos Ruiz. He was very professional and went above and beyond just doing the basic repair we had requested. He offered through the whole sprinkler system to make sure everything else was working properly. I would recommend this company. He was very friendly and helpful.
