Chem Dry Carpet Tech

Mario and his assistant were extremely courteous and professional. I was called to explain that they would arrive a little past the designated hour since they were on a job that was taking a little longer. Although we had moved out the lighter pieces of furniture and lamps, they moved other pieces (including a heavy hideabed) in order to take care of spots that I hadn't noticed. The carpets had a lot o stains to begin with, but they were able to remove all of them. They worked quietly and efficiently, and we are very happy with the results.

The guys did an okay job cleaning my shower and bathtub tiles. The tiles are older, so they are stained, but they look better than they did when the techs arrived. However, the coupon I purchased from Angies List included sealing, which to my knowledge, was not done. Also, upon closer inspection, there is still soap residue and shower mold. They will be coming back on Saturday to re-clean our bathroom.

The cleaning crew came at the correct time, they brought in their supplies and started cleaning. I pointed out a few areas that had spots and they were able to remove them. The didn't take too long either, they worked as fast as they could. I've had cleaning people in the past that lingered around for longer than I liked. This is a good professional cleaning company.

The price was significantly more than what we paid a very well known nationwide carpet cleaner for the same job last year, but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. We have a white sofa and ottoman that we clean every year before the holidays to keep them looking as new as possible. Chem Dry left the furniture looking much cleaner than the last company we used, even though it had taken a lot of abuse from our new dog since last year. I wish I had taken before and after photos, but the top of the ottoman was heavily soiled and now looks pretty much new. Chem Dry even removed spots that the previous company missed. We thought they were permanent stains, but apparently the other company was just lazy and/or incompetent. Chem Dry started with a harder task and did a better job.

Arrived late due to other customer taking too long . Not their fault, they offered me a small discount and kept in touch during the whole waiting period. While the carpets turned out clean as a whistle, they managed to leave soap and water stains on the hardwood floor I had just paid a cleaning crew to mop. So I had to break out the mop all over again. I did point this out to the supervisor as he was cleaning the downstairs room. He said he would clean it up, but either forgot or spilled more after he cleaned up. They were quick and efficient.

The two men crew showed up on time and worked almost five hours to complete the job with excellent results.

I’ve used them several times, and their work has always turned out well.

Overall, the experience was fine. The carpets looked great, but I thought the upholstery work could have been better.

I think Chem Dry does a wonderful work. I like that they don’t nickel and dime me. I know exactly how much I’m paying before they even start work; no surprises. Also, they are very reliable, clean, and efficient.

They were very good at working around my schedule. Wasn't one of those "We'll be there between 2 & 5"...they said the tech will be there at 3 and at 10 min to 3..there he was. Took 15 to look over what I needed done, went over the price and what he was going to do. 4 hrs later..everything looking great (two couches, 6 pillows & 6 dining room chairs) and a fair price. Would definitely recommend.

The work went fine. Everything went smoothly. The price they charged me was reasonable. The quality of work was good as well.

ESTIMATE WAS WAY OFF. We contacted them and said we had about 2000 sq ft of carpet to clean plus stairs. They gave us a quote of less than $200 which was better than some steam cleaners. We verified that he got that it was 2000 sq ft and he was sure and even sent an email with the estimate, stairs included. The guys come to measure and it turns out that it was closer to 1500 sq ft and the estimate was like $650!!!. We told them about the estimate and he didn't believe it so we pulled up the email. It was the shop manager so they called in. They claim it was just an error but we gave him ample time to check his numbers and even said that another place was more like $500. Now they come out and the price is triple. Not cool. Kind of sounds like a bait and switch. They held that it was just and error, but couldn't give us that price. We worked it down to meet about in the middle and they threw in a sanitize. We probably would have went with someone else because of they wouldn't own up to their error, but we didn't have time to call another place. Estimates should be within 10-20%, not 300%. But after the price ordeal the service was quick and the carpets are fine.

I have always been very happy with the service. The technicians are friendly, professional and efficient. They made my old carpet look almost like new. There is no soap residue to attract dirt, so the carpets stay fresh longer and the fibers don't get matted down. Whenever I see this company's vans around town, they are always clean. It is a small but noticeable detail, and was one of primary reasons that I contacted them initially.

I was able to get an appointment right away. I think that their cleaning technique is far superior to other companies. Our furniture looks really white now and I think it is do to the certain chemicals they use.

It was a good experience. They told me what their prices were per room over the phone. They were professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and the carpets were definitely cleaner.

They were fantastic. They cleaned everything thoroughly and left my carpets looking like new. They were very responsive and very professional. I enjoyed the whole experience of doing business with them because it was so hassle-free and comfortable for me.

They were fast - called on an afternoon, came the next morning. That is the only good thing I can say. After they left, the carpet was very wet, with the edges completely saturated. 24 hours later, after running two fans and a heater, along with open windows and warm, dry weather, the carpet was still wet to the touch. Condensation from the wetness formed on walls, countertops and windows. 3 days later, the carpet was still damp (stocking feet saturated in one step). In addition to the extreme wetness, the carpet was not appreciably cleaner. This is one year old carpet, in a room used by one adult (no kids or pets). The high traffic areas looked as if they'd never been cleaned. After calling the company about the water and dirt they left behind, they were rude and defensive, ''Can't be us, we don't use water, you must have done it.'' They said they'd be willing to send out the same techs who did the job ''just to look at it'' in ''a few days''. We passed, and you shou

THE GUYS WERE FUN. THEY WERE PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND WELL PREPARED, AS OPPOSED TO OTHER CARPET COMPANIES, THEY REALLY DID LEAVE THE CARPET DRY AND OTHERS LEFT IT WET WAITING 2 DAYS FOR IT TO DRY.

MARIO HAS CLEANED OUR CARPETS FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HE MOVES ALL THE SMALLER FURNITURE CAREFULLY, THEN RETURNS IT TO ITS PLACE. ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO SMALL STAINS. PADS ARE USED TO PREVENT RUST STAINS.
