Description of Work: We purchased a white couch, chair & ottoman. They were floor models & had dust and dirt on them. My fiance was doubtful that many of the stains would come out. The Chem tech crew arrived promptly at 9am & worked until 1pm. They got almost every dirt spot out. There was one stubborn spot, but if I didn't point it out no one would have noticed. Not even my very picky fiance.

Description of Work: The appointment was easy to schedule and they were on time. Carpets were cleaned and look much better. I paid for treatment of pet urine and there still is a slight odor but I can't determine the source. There are two identical chairs in the living room. One was moved to clean under and the other was left in place and cleaned around. The crew was polite and friendly. I would use them again, but not for removal of pet urine odors. The price for the carpet cleaning was reasonable, the urine removal added almost 50% more to the cost.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time but immediately started selling additional services |According to him the four rooms of service i purchased was basically just to vacuum and that i would need to purchase a deep cleaning for $100 and $30 for carpet protector. The next day upon the carpet drying i noticed the carpet was still dirty in fact i had to rent a rug doctor to clean the carpet. No return calls from the company |Dont use this company if you want your carpet clean

Description of Work: Cleaned grout in kitchen floor which entailed steaming and a little scrubbing. Didn't spend more than an hour I think. Looked better but I guess with grease stains I can't expect it to look new again. Was hoping for a better result though.

Description of Work: They did a great job cleaning my kitchen floor in my new home. Seems like the previous owner never cleaned it in all the years they owned it and it was really dirty. I tried cleaning it myself and it was just too big of a job. Once it was cleaned it looked like it was a different color which was a result of cleaning off the years of dirt and grease. The grout was nicely cleaned as well. They also cleaned my travertine floors but they were not shiny like I thought they would have been. I suppose that would have been a different service to polish them, I'm not sure, I just assumed they would be shiny. Anyway, they did a great job cleaning and were very neat. They were also quiet, friendly and professional.

Description of Work: I personally think they over wet the carpets. The carpeting took a few days to dry. After the service, my carpets bubbled and I had to have them re-stretched. That being said, the carpets did come out clean. Also, their employees were very professional and pleasant.
