Description of Work: Fixed A/C. Quickly identified the problem, fixed and ensured no mess on the floors under the ceiling where the work was done. Price seemed reasonable, I did not price compare so can't say for sure. Would for sure use this provider again.

I priced out 3 different companies that all had good rankings and comments on Angie List. They came in and each gave me an inspection, quote and advice with my original outdated and dieing system. Scheduled for me the Asbestos abatement and removal of the existing Asbestos lined ducts, Furnace and Air conditioning unit, filtration system and proper load balancing of the system. They also installed additional ducts and vents where existing or non-existent were undersized. I never share the competitive quotes with each of the other companies during the process. They were very prompt, professional and very curious in answering all of my questions and inquiries. Description of Work: The ice cube maker wasn't working. They came out and replaced the mechanism. The person asked when the filter had been changed. I didn't even know where it was so it obviously hadn't been changed. We were selling the house so he replaced the filter. I always learn so much every to me they come out. They send gruff but they are very knowledgeable and patient.

Description of Work: They removed the furnace and air conditioning system that failed from the roof of my house (one story four bedroom). They replaced it with a new one that works beautifully, less noise, cleaner, more efficient than the old one at its best. They charged me $5,000 less than my company I used to service my split heater/AC. They worked well, were clear and clean, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I'm very happy with my decision to use them. And I found them here on Angie's List.

I had a problem with a part which would have been very expensive to replace and they managed to force the manufacturer to replace it under the warranty which I thought had expired. The company is very professional throughout. I would not use anyone else for my heating and a/c needs and expect to use them for repair of other appliances.

That job -- furnace, air cleaner, a/c equipment, ducts, vents, etc. -- took just one day. Everyone was polite, efficient, and professional.

Description of Work: Spring check on heating/air conditioning. Replace filter in furnace. They are reliable and schedule you using a computer scheduler. I have had other services who did not schedule semiannual inspections and left it to the homeowner to contact them for service.

Description of Work: We had a duct that was disconnected and we wanted out (4 year old) AC and heating system looked at. It took a few days to get an appt but the technician came on time and went right to work. He re-taped the insulation on the AC and re-connected the duct. He was very professional and capable and I would use this company again.

However after we decided we might need to also replace our heater, they took about a week to get back to us with a new quote and information. By then we had chosen another company.

Description of Work: Service call - prompt and courteous - turned out to be the filter I installed bent slightly creating a gap which caused a whistling sound - no problem with the a/c system. They replaced my entire heating / ac unit on 5/10/2010 - $5, 595. Went with Round the Clock after estimate meetings with 2 other vendors and checking with Angie's list -great reviews and experience with them.
