Description of Work: Our air conditioner kept turning on and off, (triple diget weather) the technician took air conditioner apart cleaned out,,,dead rat, leaves,dirt etc. And then determined it needed a new thermostat, which was installed quickly and efficiently, within a short time our house was cool again.

Description of Work: During a recent heatwave, when many service providers told me they were too busy to accept new clients AT ALL, Around the Clock came out on the same day to fix my central A/C. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem (basically, slow drainage), showed me how he had figured it out, and told me what he would do to clear the line. The cost would have been even cheaper, but I requested a maintenance tune-up for our heating system, not wanting to face similar problems as soon as the weather turned cold. Would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: During the last extremely hot spell, the air conditioner went out at my mother's home. She is over 90 years old and cannot take the heat. She noticed the outage around 4 PM. We researched AC repair on Angie's List and found Around the Clock. I contacted them around 5:15 PM and Igor arrived at the house around 6:45 PM. We were not expecting such quick service. He diagnosed the problem, keeping us informed about everything he was doing and even had a replacement part in his truck. He even serviced everything. He was done by about 8 PM. We couldn't be happier with the service Igor gave us. We will definately signing up for their annual service agreement. This is one company we will trust, having had bad experiences with AC service in the past.

Description of Work: Around the Clock replaced our furnace and added air conditioning with Lennox equipment. The work was done professionally and within a day. They also added on some dampers to better balance the air flow and did not charge us for them.

Description of Work: Be careful with this company. They charged $85 just for a visit and say it will be used towards service if accepted. But at what cost? They came to look at our leaking AC, never even looked at the unit and then gave us a quote of $4500.00 to fix it. We were surprised by the quote (essentially a cost of installing a new unit) and thus asked another group to come look at it. They fixed the problem (a broken pipe) for about $150 bucks. There was nothing wrong with the AC unit and it is now working fine. Because of this one wonders about a scam. We still have the quote from this company as proof. | |We have found that there are a number of other AC repair companies that do not charge for examining a unit and giving you a quote for needed services.

Description of Work: 2 A/C units were not functioning properly. One needed a major repair but parts were ordered quickly and the repair was completed a couple of days later. The other unit needed a minor repair. Technician incredibly knowledgeable and was easy to work with.

Description of Work: They installed a new heating and a/c system, and continue to service it to this day. They did a great job. I found them through Costco. After purchasing it through Costco, I was able to get some Costco gift cards, kind of like a rebate.
