Description of Work: The one we use is Around The Clock. They come twice a year. We had them install a furnace and air conditioner unit number of years ago and they come twice a year to service it. They always come and prepare for summer and they come and prepare for winter. They change the filter, check the unit, and make sure it is alright.

Description of Work: I just recently used Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning Inc because I replaced my whole system.

Description of Work: They showed up for a free estimate on time. The gentleman told me the company "likes to do as little work as possible on a job". I live in the hills. He said it was too much work. Their techs are 50 and 55 years old... I replied that they should be very experienced? He said they were, but not able to perform the job b/c of the work involved.

Description of Work: My AC unit compressor froze right before the hear wave. They came out and fixed it! Super easy to work with!

Description of Work: For heating and AC, we use Around The Clock. We have a contract with them to come out on a regular basis to check the air conditioning and heating system and filters.

Description of Work: My furnace in the attic accumulated water in the overflow pan, caused a back up and leaked water through my ceiling. Oleg from Around the Clock diagnosed and fixed the problem, while explaining to me what had happened. He also filled the freon for an extra charge. Approx 5 days later, my air conditioner stopped working. Oleg came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (the starter wire connection broke off). Although the first issue was not related to the second issue, they did not charge me for the second visit. Thank you, Oleg.

Description of Work: They installed a whole house HVAC and new ducts in one day. Very impressive. They get the "B" rating for two reasons. 1) There was supposed to be a HERS inspection which we paid for as part of the installation but was never done. The only inspection was the building permit. We were told after the install that they would call in a few weeks to schedule the HERS and it would be an all day process. After we contacted them multiple times they finally scheduled the inspection which turned out to be for the building permit not the HERS. Now they say what was required to be done was. I feel a bit ripped off, as they didn't itemize the fees. I'm still not sure if we are required to have this done by law. 2) The day of the installation they gave us a hard time about the placement of the outside unit because it was on the other side of a sidewalk. They wanted to put it against our house on the patio so they didn't have to deal with the sidewalk. This would have been an eye sore and noisy when went we are outside. We weren't having that. We made it clear when they proposed the job where the unit was to be placed. If they didn't want to place it where we agreed they could pack up and leave and we will hire one of the other contractors. My husband called the salesman, he quickly showed up and they did place it as originally agreed. We paid $12,600. We have a single story, 3 bedroom home. 1500 sq. Ft. We are looking forward to a cool summer.

Description of Work: They corrected a problem with my A/C condenser. He was prompt, described my problem and fixed it. An honest company in a world of so many questionable contractors. I wish they did the install on my unit originally!!!
