Good. The tech was on time, was very clean in the work done. He explained everything he did and why and provided me with a time table for future filter. Change ours and services.

Very punctual, responded quickly to our calls. Our AC stopped working around the time of the heat wave and they were the first to respond. They replaced the motor for $750; my only complaint is the cost seems a little high however I would rather pay for good service! Would use again.

Our central AC was blowing warm air, so we called Around the Clock that morning. They were able to send someone within the 2 hours. The mechanic arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the HVAC system. He checked the system and determined that it needed more coolant added to the system, gave us an estimate that was reasonable, and also changed the AC filter. He was very honest, gave us all the options and the costs, and did not try to persuade us to spend more than we needed to. We will definitely be using them again for any of our HVAC services.

They did a great job. The pricing was very competitive, and very fair. The responsiveness was very good. They were always on time, they were very good. I have recommended them.

I contacted them after reading the reviews on Angie's and scheduled a walk through to get an estimate. Michael presented all options in terms of my price point and what the various offerings presented in terms of energy efficiency, durability and ultimately what would serve my purposes (making sure my elderly mom and dad were comfortable in the upcoming summer months). Without going into detail this was a tricky situation in that I only had a limited time to install the system, but Michael ensured me that they would get it done in 2 days - they did it one! Everything they did was professional and Michael, Al and his team were responsive to all my questions and requests. Truly a professional outfit and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't begin to tell you how scared I get with AC guys... Especially when I am out of town and the wife is dealing with them... This is when we just had our first heat wave of the year... Guess what... The air is not working and I am out of town... I called them and thought they extremely professional and fair.. We have one of their Fridge Magnets on the side of the Fridge... Call them...

They came right away after a 100 degree plus day and our A/C broke. They were busy with many other customers due to typical hot summer day but were quick and took care of the problem. The mechanic had the part needed on hand and also did a minor tune up and gave me advice on how to prevent noise from unit. They also responded quick this winter when I thought my heater was out but turns out the gas to house wasn't on so they didn't charge for coming out.

Our A/C went out and we called this company based upon Angie's list reviews. They responded very quickly and arrived on time as promised. The technician was professional and helpful, the job was done quickly and they plan to follow up to ensure it all goes well. We will have additional work done by this company in future.

I am very surprised by the good reviews of this company and I don't really know why they are listed as an HVAC repair company in the the Los Angeles area as their service area appears to be limited to North Hollywood. I have never really heard anything like this. We are in Downtown LA and our normal person comes from Irvine. Most repair companies seem to have about a 100 mile service range. And yet Around the Clock won't even go to another area of the city of Los Angeles. It should be made very clear that they are a repair company limited to North Hollywood.

Al and his team were fantastic! They were highly professional, always on time and completed the job on schedule. Al went an extra mile to fix the incorrect wiring of the existing system to bring it up to code (no extra charge), as well as adding a few brand new registers, as a courtesy at no additional cost either. He spent extra time with the tenants to walk through all installations, test both heating and cooling capacity, while educating us on an optimal use of the complex HVAC system in the house. Having been in the industry for a long time, Al is very knowledgeable in many related areas of Building and Safety - e.g. he noticed a few issues with appliances and vents that are not up to code and suggested inexpensive ways to fix those using general contractor. Overall, it was a very rewarding and educational experience and we are planning to hire this company for our future projects.

I came home late on a Thursday night to discover that my air had gone out during the day. I did some research on Angie's List and left a message at Around the Clock at about 1:00AM. At 7:00AM I received a call back and by 8:30AM Eric was at my house. Eric said that the motor went out in the air conditioner (compressor) and needed to be replaced. Since my system was 15-20 years old I inquired about replacing everything. I very quickly made a decision to replace my system and to go with Around The Clock. Eric went and got a motor to install so that I had air on Friday. On Saturday they did the new installation. Eric was awesome!

with hot days here and summer coming soon i needed a repair on my A/C sooner rather than later.It was easy to set up when he arrived got straight to work resolved the issue with ease. The price was lower than i thought which obviously I'm happy with and the guy was really a professional no doubt i would use them again.

Went above and beyond to explain the issue to me and educate me about my home heating system. Helped me get online to order correct heater filters.

Our heater and air conditioner were not going on and we suspected the thermostat needed to be replaced. I called another company, but they could not get here for a few days and we needed it fixed right away. I called Around the Clock and they asked if I wanted them to come out that same day (it was already 3:00 pm), but I was not going to be home, so the gave me an appointment the next day (a Saturday) between 10 and 1. The technician arrived at 11:00. He explained to us what was going on with the thermostat and what our options were for replacement. He offered a programable (more $$) one and a nonprogramable one and told us the benefits of the programable one while not pushing it and encouraged us to make the decision based on our usage. We went with the cheaper nonprogramable one and he offered us another one that was a bit fanicer for $20 more. Again, no pressure and we went with the cheaper one. He honored our Angie's List coupon and completed the job in a timely manner. The only negative was that he did not clean up all the debris from the drilling into the drywall. It was not a lot of stuff so it wasn't a big deal. I was very happy with having them come out so quickly, being on time, and fixing the problem. I will use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I called Around the Clock after getting a questionable quote from another service provider. My central heat had stopped working after a few weeks of problems. They sent a technician out within and hour of my call. He spent about 10 minutes looking at the unit and told me basically the computer board in the unit had died. He left to get the part and returned about an hour later. He opened the new part in front of me to show me it was new. He replaced the part as well as the electrical box on the unit (which I already knew needed to be fixed) pretty quickly and stayed around for awhile to make sure everything was working properly. It is 4 months later now and I have not had any additional problems with the unit. The technician was very nice and professional. He informed me of the date my unit was installed and that it should last me at least another 10 years. I would definitely use them again.

We have been pleased with their services and plan to continue our service contract with them.

I called a few different providers before calling Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning Inc, but they all said they could not get to me for another week. I called this provider and they said that they could have someone out to my home the next day between 8-10 am. Someone was here at 8 am on the dot! He informed me that my furnace needed a new motor. I expected for him to tell me that he would order the part and it would take a couple of days to get it in and fix the issue, but instead he went right out, bought the motor himself, and fixed it that day. He was a really great guy, who did a thorough inspection and worked efficiently.

I'll let you decide. The repairman was very congenial and accommodating. He went on the roof and said the transformer needed to be replaced...which he replaced. He also said he put in a resettable fuse at the transformer...free of charge...which sounded strange to me. Anyway, the unit turned on, however the following day the same problem still existed...it simply wouldn't turn on. He came again and said this time it was the thermostat...and he said it was lucky that he put that fuse in at the transformer cause it prevented the new transformer from burning out when the thermostat failed. Each repair cost roughly $200-$300. The unit has been working fine since then. It is extraordinarily rare that there are two different causes that result in the exact same problem. It can happen, but it is rare. You decide. Frankly, I think the problem was the thermostat and I paid for a transformer that didn't need to be changed. Just a side note. I had Season Control Heating and Air look at the unit prior to Around the Clock. Season Control said that the heat exchanger was cracked and I would need to replace the entire unit for about $5,000-$7,000 depending on which unit I chose. Around the clock said that the heat exchanger was fine and that I only needed to change the transformer...then the thermostat.

We complained that their was a clunking sound when the compressor cycled off. They checked it and could find nothing wrong but the technician said he would report the noise. The company called the manufacturer to ask about the sound and the company replied no such noise should be hears. Around the Clock promptly replaced the unit two weeks later with no hassle. Well done Around the Clock!

They have a great salesman whose name is Michael. He came here and explained everything. He was not pushy. Honestly, he was on his last leg at that time so we knew it was going to be expensive. We had the entire heating system taken out and re-done. We had express removal and had a new air conditioning put in. They didn't over sell for the heater and we've got the best heater but for the air conditioning, we stepped a down a little bit. They didn't over sell anything. There was a time when I called them up because I had problems, they came quickly and fixed it.

I called because the $10,000 heat/air system I bought from them stopped heating the house. The Tech said he couldn't find anything wrong and abruptly left. That night, we almost froze because the heater STILL didn't work. I called again and the lady was super rude and condescending on the phone. The same technician came back and this time was able to fix the problem. (for now) and as he left, he appeared to intentionally drag his tool-bag along the side of my car, leaving a long scratch. I wouldn't trust these people in my house agin. Steer clear.

They were very professional, quick, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I was very happy with the experience. I am planning to move to the Nest thermostats, and I will be definitely using them for the work.
