It was a very good experience! The team was responsive, punctual, and thorough. I really liked Natalie, our project manager, and Eugene, our contractor. Both were very easy to work with and very nice. Eugene does beautiful work. The project was completed on time and is absolutely beautiful! One thing that was especially great is that some of the grout between the tiles wasn't quite level. I asked the team what could be done about it, and they sent the tile guy back to fix it. That really spoke true of their integrity to me. I can't wait to enjoy my new bathroom!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We are delighted with ADH and their crew and the excellent work they provided. We had a large remodel in our kitchen that extended to our living room. Included removing a 16' load-bearing wall, reinforcing the ceiling beam, upgrading electrical panel, and putting in brand new flooring, kitchen layout, electrical, gas line, lights, plumbing, appliances, tiles, paint. Our house has increased in value thanks to ADH's excellent work. Every single person who has visited our home has appreciated the detail and beautiful new kitchen and living room we have. The crew, Vasyl and team, were dedicated, knowledgeable, thorough, sincere, respectful, and most of all, very hardworking. The project took 7 weeks whereas most other contractors said 12-14 weeks. Price was mid-range for excellent work - not the lowest, but not highest either. No subcontractors were used, which was a major selling point for us. We didn't want to have unknown strangers walking in and out of our house every week. Countertop fabrication was top-notch! Every step of the way, our main sales guy, John Gotishan, was available to answer questions, negotiate prices, or do some more research on things that we liked. The crew were always helpful in giving advice on what would or would not work in their experience. Their advice was invaluable and saved us many hours of headache in research. Hats off to the project coordinator and manager, Tania, who handled communication, payments, and gave us reassurances constantly. I have referred ADH, John, and Vasyl to several of my neighbors and some have even completed their remodeling projects based on our recommendation. Two thumbs up - thanks guys!!

I'm a repeat customer. They did a full kitchen demo, design and remodel for our townhouse in 2012. In both the previous job and this year's job (full kitchen, family room, and master bathroom demo, design and remodel), the work was excellent, the quotation was accurate and their timeline was strictly followed. This job was much more complicated but they finished the initially quoted job within seven weeks of starting (late January 2015 to mid March 2015). There were several changes we made mid-project that had to be wrapped up a little later. Kitchen and related work: Demo including removal of floor tile, cabinets, old appliances, old light fixtures, partial wall removal; moving sink and associated plumbing, moving vents and associated HVAC, removing bigger window and replacing with smaller window; update electrical panel for house to meet updated kitchen appliance power requirements; install new LED lights and switches, install new cabinets and appliances; install new sink and quartz counters and subway tile backsplash, install new floor tile, new texture and paint, install new baseboards Family room and related work (next to kitchen): Demo including removal of old carpet, wainscoting, partial wall removal; install new LED lights and light/fan and switches; install new hardwood floor, stain hardwood to match existing hallway, install new baseboards; install new structural support beams and concrete footing. Assorted work around the house: installing room lights and fans in all bedrooms and installing blower in guest bathroom. Overall we were very happy with our completed project and would happily hire this vendor and recommend this vendor to others. For the sake of completeness I list the key pros and a few minor cons. Pros 1. Design and End Result - Mark, the company owner and a senior designer, listened carefully to what changes we wanted to make and provided 3D design drawings in a short amount of time. We had two other contractors bid on this project and we did not get any initial sketches from them verifying that they understood what our final target layout was. One of the contractors wouldn't even agree verbally that he would put the sink where we wanted it. With Mark we knew that what he drafted for us after our initial on-site consult was what they planned to do and if we had any changes we could mark up the design draft and discuss. The work contract is very detailed as well so I feel like they do their best to document and then meet or exceed expectations. 2. Timeline and Schedule - I've heard many horror stories of contractors dragging their feet and missing deadlines. I'm always impressed how well ADH schedules its work and workers so that there are no surprises as far as work progress. They do what needs to be done to meet the contracted schedule. They did start the bathroom and kitchen at the same time and they were planning to finish at the same time but the bathroom did finish first due to some structural work that had to be done on a load bearing wall in the kitchen. Also we added many work items to the initial quotation and they were very agreeable about incorporating it into the initial schedule, to my surprise. 3. Crew - The on-site crew (headed by Vlad B.) were professional and courteous and approachable. As Mark says they are part of the family business. They took pride in their work and they cleaned up every day. I felt very comfortable working around them when I was at home. They were very respectful of our home. Every so often there would be area experts from their staff (hardwood floor install, wall texture, shower marble install) too and they were professional and courteous as well. Cons 1. Payment - After the initial designs are provided there is pressure to put down a deposit to proceed. Given that they were the only vendor that provided designs upfront I think I understand their desire to get a financial commitment but it may surprise some customers. 2. Structural Support - Work was started without knowing for sure if the walls we wanted removed were load bearing. We found out later there would need to be structural reinforcement. We did have to slow down work on the kitchen while that unscheduled issue was addressed but everything eventually got back on schedule. We had several discussions with Mark though and we clarified that the structural support had to be sufficient for a possible second floor addition in the future. 3. Details - We caught some details before installation (noticed some measurement marks in kitchen for placement of fridge and nearby cabinets was off) and a few things had to be addressed after installation (design drawing for bathroom had cabinet above toilet but it was missing from work contract - I should have noticed that earlier, at install, was missing some drawers to be installed in bathroom). Even though we've worked with this vendor before, in general, with a big contracting job it's important to check the details regularly (such as every day) independently by reviewing the contract and informally by discussing latest progress with the on-site project lead. Communication is key.

Great. They were punctual, friendly, professional and best of all the quote was better than others we had quote the job.

Larry came out to do the estimates. When he showed me the 2 samples of vinyl siding, he seemed more interested in telling me that the piece with 3 sections were 6 inches each and called "triple 6" and the other sample had 2 sections that were 7 inches each. I said I'd prefer the 7" because they were shorter sections and would be more secure on the house, he kept wanting to tell me about the "triple 6" and they were 6 inches per section. I don't feel that he had a good understanding of the products they sell. He measured the house and roof area and took a few measurements in the bathroom and then spent some time at my table to write the estimate. I wish I could attach it here. He handed me a 3 hole punch binder paper with scribbles and prices for each item. The roof came out to $15,795.00 Siding was $19,125.00 I asked about painting and replacing some shingles (he asked me where to get the shingles) that was $5400.00 My tiny bathroom 30 sq. ft. and I'm replacing the shower, floor and drywall. This came to $9375.00 There is no itemization to this estimate to show how he came up with these figures. Also, he has 1683 sq ft for the siding and the actual measurement would be 1345 sq ft (my figure is from a home estimating program used with insurance) I'm really shocked that a company that appears to be a big company does not have printed, professional forms (with the company name and license # on them) to write estimates and the sales people aren't better informed. I'd already had several estimates for these items and the prices I was given here are extremely high. I would never hire anyone that simply handwrote an estimate on binder paper. Also, there was no mention of the need for a lead/asbestos test for my older home, which is required on homes built prior to 1978.

It's been about 9 months since my remodel was completed and I still look at my new kitchen and smile. I went with ADH because Mark listened to me and came up with a design that captured everything I was looking for when most others told me it'd be impossible to fit in a pantry. Everyone I worked with at ADH was great. Alex oversaw most of the work, Tanya & Lana coordinated schedules and the project. Mike did a great job with the granite and helped me with design questions. ADH is a one stop shop which made it very convenient. The did the design, plumbing and electrical. They have key relationships with cabinet companies, sink companies, etc. They also have a relationship with Bedrosians for granite, back splash and flooring. Dealing with Bedrosians was a bit of a pain as the ladies up front are typically not very customer oriented, but I eventually found what I wanted and got some help to place the order & delivered to ADH. It was great not having to deal with all of the individual companies & primarily only work with ADH. I must admit the granite was my Achilles heel on this remodel. I thought I'd never find the right granite, but after several weeks (& with lots of help from my family), I finally found what I liked. The first slabs I ordered, however, had to be sent back by ADH to Bedrosians because ADH found several fine fractures in them. Mike met me at Bedrosians & we had reorder the same type of granite but when it came in, it wasn't right. After another couple of weeks I finally found the perfect granite slabs. They were delivered to ADH & were fine. Unfortunately, when it came time for me to approve the template before they cut the slabs, I discovered ADH had not followed the rule they warned me to keep track of (the slab#s). As I was looking at the templates on the granite they had me look at, I immediately doubted that it was my granite. When I was able to convince them that it wasn't my granite (wrong slab#s & wrong vendor), they sent me on my way & later determined it was signed off by another customer and was now in their kitchen. I cried and had to go back to the drawing board on the granite. Luckily Bedrosians had similar granite in the same family that I had chose from. In the end, it worked out...but I was not happy during that time. ADH handled it well though. They immediately called an all hands meeting & went through what went wrong, added additional steps to their workflow to ensure this wouldn't happen to someone else. Also, without me asking, they gave me an additional discount for my inconvenience. I mention this error on ADH's part as I understand mistakes happen to the best of us, but it's more important to look at how they address the mistake. And in my opinion they handled it in the best manner possible. So why did I take so long to review ADH? Simple answer, I didn't want to review them to fresh off of the granite error, but nor did I was to review them when I was in the awe stage of when it was first done. So now that I've had time to actively use it and know that I've had no issues with the workmanship, etc, I wanted to give ADH what it deserves.... 2 thumbs up. Incredible work. If I could offer one constructive criticism, it would be that they could work on their timeliness. For instance, ADH would tell me that they were coming over the next day & I would work from home in order to accommodate the, & then they wouldn't show up until late afternoon or possibly not at all. I hear that this is not unique to ADH, but it was something of an inconvenience for me. The biggest take away though is that if I had to do it all over again, I would still use ADH.

I left a phone message with American Home Dreamworks along with several other contractors to get quotes for some remodeling in a new home purchase. It took them a month to respond to my call. I had forgotten I called them. I would never use someone who can't even acknowledge that I tried to give them business.

America's Dream HomeWorks made this project quick and easy. We chose to use their services because they were so professional and friendly, and their quote was much lower than others we received. I'm happy with the choice we made. Everyone we worked with was extremely personable and answered our questions. While we had a lot of work done, they completed the entire project in just one week. It was much quicker and easier than we anticipated.

Pros: Friendly, Professional acting and dress, nice business folder with clear pictures of past jobs, etc. Cons: Very busy office and sales person, calls not returned for days, took 2 weeks for a revised quote after a change to the first quote. (I believe this to be a case of too much work/business for them and they do not have the manpower to respond quick enough for "smaller" jobs although my job was over 10K.

Absolutely excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional. They came when promised and had the project completed on time. Extremely easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about the company and people who completed the work!!

From start to finish, the experience was great - the paperwork was detailed, the design was thorough, the workmanship was detailed and the result was outstanding! Ours was a big project involving structural wall removal, garage door relocation, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and cabinets. We also pushed the design with custom stonework on the kitchen counter wall and backlit onyx for backsplash! We were in good hands with Tanya's project coordination, Mark's captaincy and the talented, professional team of Vladmir, Vasyl and Peter. They finished the project on time and on budget and we couldn't be more happier on the end result! Would love to work with them again!

I met with Vlad. He was on time and well prepared. He provided me with a good and detailed FiberCement Siding and Windows Proposal. The quote was professional and well prepared. It seems quite competitive in terms of cost. I haven't completed the purchase of this house yet but once I do, I look forward to working with ADH.

We have contacted America's Dream HomeWorks for the renovation needs of the Marvista Apartments Complex in Rancho Cordova, CA. The City of Rancho Cordova has issues a list of corrections for our complex and we knew we needed someone very reliable and trustworthy that we and our residents could count on. The renovation - remodeling contractor needed to perform top quality work to stand for long term and the work needed to be performed at timely manner along with safety and cleanliness concerns as must at- all times. After doing careful and deep review of the possible qualifying contractors we had to select ADH as they stood out as the only company that could perform all the required work with the kind of care we needed. We felt that based on ADH excellent track record of 15 years as one of top reputation remodelers specializing in siding. windows, kitchen, bathroom, countertops, painting, doors, windows, decks and general contractor we could totally depend on them to deliver the service, quality work and dependable materials we were needed. We needed Repair and Replacement and/or Repair Of Old Wood Siding and Stucco on Exterior Walls of 4 Large Apartment Unit, followed with some Structural Wood Frame Members Replaced in Preparation for Installation New Vinyl Siding and Fiber Cement Siding, the Decks of Each of 40 Apartment Units had to be modified including new flashing and railing works. We also needed the replacement of new windows and doors, the new double pane windows were needed to replace the existing single pane aluminum windows. Along the way we also decided that we needed to replace kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities and install new granite stone countertops, new sinks, new faucets- ADH can do all this cause there are licensed and certified in multiple trades unlike other 90% of the contractors who say they can do but they are not certified or licensed by state of CA in the field of work they promised to perform, this will not deliver you the peace you need for such work as electrical or plumbing modification and etc. as this came up in the process of the remodeling. ADH has licensing and Certifications as General Contractor, Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing- Glassworks, Siding and Decking, along with Flooring- all the critical trades needed to perform reliable remodeling. ADH Team delivered on the promises very easily as they are a Team of Remodeling Professionals starting with Vlad Mark and Tanya Chernioglo as the company heads and the company founders, these 2 know what it takes to work with team and customers. The office team lead by Tanya, Lana and Natalie has kept excellent communication at all times and were very pleasant in accommodating us with schedule times and other questions we had. ADH Installers were 1st class professional tradesman, all very clean to begin with and very detailed to the work that was performed. At all times we felt that we could totally depend on them and they had the safety of us and residents in their minds at all times. All the work was explained by Vladimir and Mike the lead foreman on the project. The areas that the work was done to were sealed off and the dust and other things were kept under control as much as possible. In addition to the above work America's Dream HomeWorks also helped us to restore and repair one apartment unit that had smoke damage after a failed microwave appliance. The work was done on time and ADH met and superbly exceeded our expectations, once again this is actually the 2nd time have hired them in last few years and will keep them on our contact sheets as the top contender for any future works needed. We and all of our residents are very happy with our new siding system, replacement high efficiency double pane windows, deck work, new kitchen cabinetry and stone countertops. We highly recommend this great company as we can for sure say that this company offers a true complete renovation services and delivers the best results- we can are once again reassured that ADH stands up to their proven motto ? My husband and I were looking for a trustworthy and genuine contractor who we could depend on and I can proudly say ADH was surely the one! America?s Dream Homeworks provided outstanding customer service and professional workmanship when working on our home. Our project was customized to our desires and everything turned out just the way we wanted it to (and was completed in a timely manner).

They did not do any work. They came over to give me an estimate, but never called me back. I didn't call them either because I felt they don't want the job and I found a different company to do the remodeling. I would not consider them anymore and their estimate was also quite high.

After doing some research and going through several different contractors, America?s Dream Homeworks (ADH) stood out immediately as the most knowledgable, experienced and professional home improvement expert. We hired ADH to replace siding, windows and doors and install laminate flooring in our home. The process was easy from the first phone call to the end result. They were super good communicators, stuck to their bid price, workmanship was superior with a constant attention to detail and customer satisfaction. ADH's workers were all highly skilled, courteous, communicated well on schedules and /questionschanges were discussed and dealt with promptly. Job site was left clean each day. All work was completed on time and on budget, despite a few 70 year old house suprizes, they did not change their price, just solved the problem and went on with their work. If you want a quality job at a reasonable price then call ADH. I work in the Landscape architecture/construction business, so I am familiar with construction, quality and schedules and I could not recommend a Construction company any higher than I recommend American Dream Homeworks.

The company is based out of the Sacramento area. The approximate 100 mile distance to us was never an issue. The company is a well coordinated team dedicated to creating our new dream kitchen, which they did. This included all office staff, new kitchen planning, granite layout and fabrication personnel, professional woodworkers,, and demolition/installation craftsmen. Appointments were always prearranged and personnel arrived on time. The planning process was personalized, comprehensive, professional, and first class. Cleanup after a day's work was always done well. Delivery of new appliances was well timed with the advice of the demolition/installation crew. When the initial choice of granite did not work out because of fracturing and crumbling due to intrinsic deficiencies in the granite, representatives from America's Dream Homeworks went with us to choose and purchase another granite. That was so professional and caring. I enthusiastically recommend choosing this company for a kitchen remodel, whether your home is located in the Sacramento area or San Francisco Bay Area.

We were very happy with the process and results we got from ADH. After speaking to several contractors who said that they could not help, or would need to do a full remodel ($45-60K) we were fortunate to find ADH on Angie's List. John scheduled a time to meet within 1 week of our initial contact and was on-time. Since we had been having issues getting people to offer bids on project we wanted done we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly and easily John understood and was able to quote our job. Not only was the bid competitive, but they could complete it quickly as all of their fabrication was done in house. Despite the project being relatively small, there were multiple parts (counter tops, tile, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry) and it was difficult to find a contractor small enough to accept a job of this size, but large enough to have the appropriate resources. This was why ADH was a perfect choice for our project. All of the employees at their headquarters, as well as all the workers at our job site were very friendly and professional. They always stayed (after making sure it was OK to do so) until they had completed all of the day's items in order to complete the job on time. Before leaving they also made sure to clean up and allow us the most use of our kitchen during the project as was possible. We had an excellent experience with ADH and would definitely recommend them, we will certainly consider them on any future projects we may do as well.

I called for an estimate and asked at the onset what their "lead time" was for a small remodel. I told Tanya we needed some T&G added to the ceiling and several redwood gates that needed additional supports installed. She then told me their lead time was after Christmas and that they only do bath and kitchen remodels. Waste of time. And not very professional.

The job was turn our side yard into a bedroom, closet and 3/4 bath, maximizing the space to the city's set-back. Of the three contractors I discussed the project with, only Vlad (the owner) saw my real idea - to get the largest space available keeping the city's regulations in mind. America Dream HomeWorks (ADH) service and price included architectural design and plans. They drafted not only the addition, but also the entire house because the city required it. They listened to and incorporated design elements that were important to us. ADH did quality work at every stage - laying the concrete foundation, framing, interior and exterior walls (adding upgraded insulation at no charge), some tricky plumbing and electrical work and all the finish work. Part of our job including redoing the flooring from the front room and extending it into the addition - fantastic job there! Also they did outstanding work on the bathroom, going above our simple vision by adding their marble counter and shower walls, quality tile and super cabinetry. Probably the most impressive part of their work was matching the existing construction, which is really difficult. Vlad heard that this was important to us and was conscientious at every stage. ADH matched the stucco pattern, drywall texture, tiling and interior door style. Their stucco guy added stucco pop outs which tie directly into the existing stucco - entirely seamless! When it turned out they could not match my rain gutter, they demoed the existing and replaced it with new, quality and matching gutters. Every time someone looks at our addition, they comment has that isn't apparent that it was added, at all. Very satisfying to hear! We ended up having a leak after the fact in the new plumbing due to settling. It happens with new construction sometimes. The ADH plumber was out the next day, repairing and replacing. It's working perfect now as before and I'm confident ADH will continue to provide great service through their warranty. Construction was slow in starting and slow in the final stages, overall taking about twice as long as we anticipated. Given ADH did fantastic work, listened closely to our needs and came in at the quoted price, punctuality was not for us an overwhelming factor. Last thing, and very important to me, is cost. They were amongst the lowest cost bidders and yet offered more (like in-house drafting and planning) than any other contractor we looked. The ADH quote was what we paid, and the guys were super helpful in adding stuff like hanging a fan that wasn't in the original agreement. Can I recommend them? Well, I already have to a good friend. And I'd recommend them to anyone who asked. We are very happy in our addition. In fact, I'm writing this review sitting in it right now :)

I didn't end up contracting with this company because their price was quite a bit higher than 2 other quotes I received. After meeting with other companies, I felt the options with ADH were fewer. They never mentioned that I could go pick out my own slab; just gave me a handful of selections to choose from. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable, and I don't have any issues with the company itself; in fact there were some good reviews in Angie's List about them. But the price was much too high and I went elsewhere.
