My experience with them was perfect. They are very reliable. They stick to the price they offered and are on time.

Overall the company rep was polite and professional and came out and gave me a quote for other projects. But due to the fact that I do not need 3 windows replaced I can not use this coupon for my single window.

The company's response to my initial request for an estimate was quick. Mr. Vlad Chernioglo, the company's President and Senior Consultant made what can normally be a dry and painful process, easy and "fun". His professionalism, friendliness and knowledge was very refreshing...plus, he LISTENS, which is a rare quality for contractors...and it continued throughout the process. Everyone from the receptionist, to the installers are/were friendly, knew who I was whenever we spoke. After each days work, the installers would clean-up after themselves; they swept and picked up every lose nail! Mr. Chernioglo was also very helpful in choosing colors for both the siding and counter-top. This is a first rate company that uses great quality products and a joy to work with, I'd recommend America's Dream HomeWorks in a heartbeat!

We are very pleased with the work we had done. Eugene did our bathroom and he was amazing. All of the people who worked in our house were professional. They left the work area clean. The project manager kept us informed about everything. We highly recommend this company.

The man who came out was very informative and punctual. He was very potile and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He also recommended a place that he felt could help me. I would strongly recommend requesting John Gotishan.

Our project started with John coming to the house and listening to what we wanted to do to the kitchen; we essentially wanted to keep the general footprint of the kitchen, but remove a window and expand available storage, as well as replacing the sliding glass door leading into the back yard. After hearing what we wanted done, he offered up some ideas to maximize the space we had available--moving the refrigerator over in order to allow for extra counter space--and took some measurements, which allowed him to give us an estimate of the costs we were looking at. I'd done my homework before this meeting, and based on what we wanted, his ideas (which were things I hadn't thought of but really liked), and the fact that they handle everything--no dealing with subcontractors needed and they handle all permits--we decided this was the company we wanted to go with. Once we had signed a contract, we picked out the cabinetry and granite we wanted for our counters, and were given a rough time frame of 4-6 weeks before work would begin, and a 2-3 week time frame (business days) for completion. Those estimates were spot on; demolition began right around the 5.5 week mark, and it took about 20 days for all the work to be done. Granted, those days took place over about a 4 week period, but we lost a few days to an inspector that canceled and rescheduled at the last minute, a holiday, and our own hiccup in picking up the wrong type of grout needed for the backsplash tile. The crew working in our house was always professional, friendly, and very careful about cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. They had us check at the end of very nearly every day to see what we thought, and we were never disappointed. The end result is that we went from a kitchen that was a contractor-grade, 19 year old ho-hum space to an absolutely beautiful kitchen that looks high-end. The work done is quality, professional grade, and it came in at around a thousand dollars under estimate. We would--and will--use America's Dream Homeworks again. They make the whole process easy, and the quality of work is worth the price.

The estimation process was great, they came in and checked everything, wrote out a clear estimate and gave references. We checked several other vendors and decided to go with another one but not because we didn't think they would do a good job, it was purely price and the contractor we chose ended up taking a lot longer than we had anticipated.

We first went to American Dreamworks showroom and talked about our kitchen project and set up an appt. for an estimate. The appointment went well, he was professional and told us about the process. He estimated the job in 3 parts. The prices were competitive with others. We did not choose them because we decided to go with Corian for the countertops, and they only work with granite and engineered stones.

Bathroom renovation. The shower stall was removed and a marble shower stall with new doors placed. The cabinet was replaced and the countertop replaced with one that matched the shower. The carpet and tile in the bathroom was replaced with stone flooring.

America?s Dream Home Works replaced the granite in our kitchen ? a large job considering it took three slabs of granite to complete the project. A little background might be of interest. We had five estimates for this undertaking, while not the least expensive they certainly were not the most. It is difficult to compare contractors for several reasons; they all include different things in the price and leave out others. America?s Dream Home Works included everything all the others did, combined, and offered more in addition. From the beginning estimate made by, a most pleasant, Larry to the final installation, all appointments and time line events were met with no exceptions. After the final contract was negotiated and signed with Larry an appointment was made to have the next step completed ? the final measuring and template production. Mike came to our home (on time, of course) and made a very detailed set of templates for each piece of the job. His attention to detail was impressive, to say the least. We decided on Bedrosians to provide the granite and personally selected the three slabs needed for the job. After the slabs were delivered to America?s Dream Home Works my wife visited their fabrication facility and signed off on the exact placement of the templates on the slabs. This step is extremely important to assure the most appealing flow of the grain in the granite. After the fabrication of the granite a mutually acceptable appointment for the installation was made. Throughout the whole evolution, Lana and Tanya of America?s Dream Home Works kept us up to date on the project and advised us when we needed to make our decisions, i.e.; picking out the granite, etc. We had been originally told by Larry that demolition and installation would take two and possibly three days ? this was satisfactory with us as it was only about a third the time other bidders indicated they needed (one contractor said he would need two weeks). Here is the amazing part ? Vladimir and his crew arrived, as scheduled and began the demolition work --eleven hours later they had cleaned up, packed their tools and left and we had perfectly installed, beautiful granite counter tops. Absolutely amazing, in my opinion! My wife and I give our highest recommendation for your remodeling needs, particularly granite work, to America?s Dream Home Works. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their product and their service.

Fantastic kitchen remodel experience with America?s Dream HomeWorks. The project started early and finished in10 days with no changes to cost for the project. John provided great guidance on improving the space and layout which created an open feel while retaining the needed storage space. John?s design included cabinetry with super susans, slide outs, spice racks, cutting boards which has completely organized the kitchen. He included angled cabinets, over the sink valence and glass doors that make the cabinets stand out. John advised us with our granite selection which looks amazing. He met with us several times to ensure we were completely happy with the cabinet choices and there were no disappointments. Vasyl, Vladimir and Peter did an amazing installation, worked around our schedule, completed every request and went above and beyond to make sure we were delighted. We purchased and they installed Legrand Adorne undercounter lighting which exceeded our expectations. They were the hardest working team I have experienced. John did a final walk through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend America?s Dream HomeWorks.

We had recently purchased our house in San Jose and were looking to transform the inside from circa 1979 to today?s style ? functionality and efficiency being the key. And all this had to be achieved, while we were living in Sacramento ?which meant we needed a remodeling company that didn't need constant monitoring! With a general idea of our needs, we approached several remodeling companies in the Bay area. We ran into issues where practically everyone had a certain specialty e.g. Kitchens, Bathrooms and for everything else ? they would be engaging sub-contractors. This meant we would need to interact with too many people, need closer close supervision and the costs were higher. We found ?Americas Dream Homeworks? through Angie?s list and one of the principals Mark Chernioglo promptly came to meet with us. The first thing of note about ADH was that they had a professional Brochure that details the company, their capabilities, highlights some of their work and shows all of their affiliations and certifications. It is unlike any other we had seen before! In that first interaction, Mark interviewed us about our lifestyle and the functionality we were looking for. He spent about an hour in the house ? took notes and pictures and promised to get back to us with his thoughts. In that interaction, it felt that Mark has a good sense of design ? efficiency and aesthetics! A couple days later, he sent us a 40-page Proposal that highlighted the things we wanted and how ADH was going to help us achieve that. It detailed the Scope of Work for the individual sub-projects and what ADH would do and what we had to provide. It also had clauses on any unknowns and how those would be handled. They also provided a list of Projects of similar scope that they had completed and offered to facilitate a review of any of those. We liked that ADH has all the skilled Tradesmen on staff ?Plumbing/Electrical/ Tilework/ Structural Framing/Painting/Drywall and Stucco guys instead of having to engage sub-contractors ?where they don?t control the end product and completion. They also have their own fabrication facility for custom fabrication and stone edging of granite, marble. We met a couple more times to finalize the proposal and checked their references, looked at their work and finally signed the contract at the end of Oct?13. At that time, we also met with the Project team (Vladimir, Vasily, Peter and Mike) and the Backend office team (Lana and Tanya) As part of the design phase of the contract, ADH designed a very functional Kitchen ? placement of countertops, island, appliances as well as the Cabinet design is immaculate. They provided us 2D and 3D rendering of the Kitchen and Mark reviewed it with us before we signed off. The Master Suite and Master Bathroom design was handled similarly ? they made recommendations on use of maintenance free Shower Marble Walls, designed the Custom Tub Faucet Fixture System, helped us pick the Vanity cabinets as well as answered our questions about everything else! They also designed the LED lighting and placement of the fixtures in the Kitchen and the Bathrooms to maximize efficiency and increase cosmetic appeal. They designed and executed the Structural Work to move the Kitchen Walls, addition/removal of interior walls to create the Walk-in closet; Custom Design for the Family Room Space that included Alcoves with decorative lighting; design and placement of Double Pane Custom Bay Window and Seat; Placement of Double Pane French Doors. They did the new Drywall and any repairs wherever required, new texturing and all the interior painting. We were very impressed with the restoration work they did on the old Staircase and the banisters. Victor sanded the whole thing down, created a stain that would match with the wood flooring we put in. He then meticulously stained each baluster and put it back in. It was a very impressive effort! There were numerous other things done ?including changing of all interior doors, they put in a concrete step in the back patio, did Stucco work, new Electrical and plumbing work, installed all the appliances and other things ?too many to list. We also had crown molding and baseboards put in all over the house. The crown molding work is very well done. ADH also threw in the Double Entry Front Door as a Bonus. I also want to point out that the ADH team did a lot of minor things around the house without charging for them. My wife and I enjoyed working with the project team ?Vladimir, Vasily and Peter ?who did bulk of the work at our house. They are very organized, invested in doing quality work, not cutting any corners and making suggestions where they felt things can be better. The Office Staff (Lana, Tanya, Natalya) were very responsive and supportive and were very easy to reach. They were on top of things at all times. They worked very closely with the vendors of Tiles/plumbing supplies/Cabinets to coordinate deliveries in a timely fashion. In summary, ADH is a company of professionals that can be trusted to give you the best advice on your home renovation goals, provide functional and aesthetic designs and execute flawlessly on them ?within the budget that is agreed upfront. Mark has been a great guy to work with and the ADH team has now become a valued friend! We have since recommended ADH to 3 of our friends for their remodeling needs

John showed up on Saturday morning at the scheduled time. He is the cousin of the owner(s). Unlike the other companies we have talked to, who either gave a very high price, then as how much the quotes we had gotten, then work their way down to the range, or say they didn't think we were ready and that we should go back do more research before we talk to them again. We have two little kids. There is no time to do a whole lot of search. We have the basic ideas and were hoping to get some advices from them. John offered a lot of those. He took every little details into consideration, including little things like the chandelier is not centered to the dining table. He was very patient to listen to what we were thinking about, and offered his advice based on that. He is going to come back for the second discussion and show us the 3D design. We really look forward to that and hope we will work together on our kitchen project.

From start to finish, the America?s Dream Homeworks team was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. From the first day, Mark and John, our head contractors, would take the time to answer all our questions (in person, via phone, and via email) and walk us through each step of the remodel project. Our ADH construction team, Vlad, Vasily, and Peter were hardworking and responsible. They always took the time to clean up at the end of the day too. Lana managed our billing/account very smoothly. The entire team was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Our remodel project consisted of a complete kitchen remodel (demolition, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, finishes), removing one wall between the kitchen and dining area, a full bathroom remodel (demolition,plumbing, electrical, finshes), re-carpeting one room, installing laminate wood on one staircase, and refinishing all the hardwood floors in our house. They completed the work on time and didn't try to fit in other small jobs between ours. The ADH team was very helpful with suggestions on materials and design elements for each project. In the kitchen, they installed Sensa granite countertops, Timberlake cabinetry, and Bedrosians floor tiles. In the bathroom, they installed Piedrafina marble shower walls and vanity countertop, Timberlake vanity cabinet, and Bedrosians floor tile. Everything looked great and we couldn't have asked for more. One thing that I appreciated about working with Mark and John is that there was no cost over-run. The quote at the beginning is exactly what we paid at the end of the project. I would suggest being certain and clear about what your vision is for the project and getting it documented in the contract.This being my first time doing a remodel, I realize that I was not as prepared with making decisions as I should have been. That said, ADH was very accommodating of change orders during the project and was very reasonable about pricing. This was definitely a pleasant experience all around. Thanks ADH!!

We have been working with Mark to start our remodeling project by the end of this month. Mark has been a true professional and has a passion for what he does. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He tries his best providing maximum value for money by offering lots of good ideas and many time complimentary work. Will comeback and provide more feedback once the remodeling is completed by June.

He showed up at 4:55 for a 4PM to 5PM appointment without calling. While he was at my house his next appointment called asking where he was. He gave me a verbal quote, but he said he'd email me a detailed (and official) quote the next day. It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from him. His (verbal) price seemed too good to be true. Compared to the other 5 quotes I got, he was so low that I just didn't get a good feeling. Answer to Dream HomeWorks reply (3/20): As mentioned all I got a verbal quote, but I told him that I wanted a quote in writing. Unless something is in writing, it's not "official." The owner agreed (and promised) to send me a written quote the next day. Regarding the phone call they mentioned, they called me on 2/21 (the appointment was 2/5.) That is over 2 weeks after they were supposed to come. And coincidentally it was a few hours after I submitted the original review. I never told them that I was unhappy about them calling me. I told them that I wasn't happy about them not following through. As for me having to call them to follow up on receiving a quote from them? I think it's unreasonable to expect the customer to follow up at all, let alone when you promised to get back to the customer.

I met representatives of this family-owned and operated business at the Auburn Home Show. Talking with them and seeing their beautiful displays of granite was the catalyst that finally prompted this long overdue remodel. They were very prompt at following through after the home show. John was a wonderful contact person - courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful in providing ideas to improve my thoughts on the project. In one case he suggested wider baseboards for the laminate floor installation. I am very pleased and surprised at how something so simple can have such a big impact on updating the look of the floor. In another example he suggested several granite samples that complemented my existing appliances and cabinetry when I was having so much difficulty (not being much good at design!). It turned out that the granite color that I ordered was out of stock, so John showed me other comparable samples and I chose something that I thought would work. In the process of ordering, John discovered that there were three slabs of the color I wanted (but thicker, 3 rather than 2 cm) which he procured for me and installed at the original price quoted. With the laminate flooring, it was replacing areas of carpet and parquet flooring. It should have been a simple demolition, but the wood parquet squares were tightly glued to the concrete. Each square was about 6 x 6 inches composed of maybe 6-one inch wide pieces. Installers ended up chipping off each one inch wide piece - it took them hours! But the work was completed at no additional cost and I absolutely love the finished floor! Speaking of installers, there was one crew for the laminate floor, different folks for the granite and yet another person for the ceramic tile. I appreciated that each crew had their specialty. I also appreciated that their crews included plumbers and electricians to properly remove appliances and sinks and such and replace them correctly. Every crew member was friendly and willing to answer questions and most importantly -- they completely cleaned up after themselves each day, asking me first if there was something they wanted to leave for the next days work. A general warning about remodeling: dust is everywhere! Cover everything you can! When the countertop and back-splash are being installed, take wall hangings down in the rooms that share walls with the kitchen so they don't fall. Overall an excellent job and I love every bit of it!
