Description of Work: Cleaned family room carpet as well as hallways. The carpet had not been cleaned when we moved in and it had many stains, including pet stains. Aaron took a black light and showed where the stains were. I asked for the bacterial cleaning since it was so disgusting. I will be getting them back to do more rooms! An area rug was also picked up that day to be taken to their facility for cleaning. Don't have that back yet.

 + -1 moreThis is the 3rd time I have used this company, and I continue to be impressed with the results. The professional manner of Technician Aaron was both courteous and cordial. He called prior to his arrival and was here ahead of schedule. He was careful and efficient in his tasks and made sure all work was done in a timely manner. The carpets were dry within a few hours and look almost brand new, which is pretty good for carpet that is close to 12 years old. I will gladly refer this company to my friends and neighbors, so that they too, can experience such good service.

 + -1 moreMarcus Grimaldi was awesome ... he was very polite... respectful... He took the time to explain what he would be doing and what we could do to help keep the carpet cleaner. Marcus was able to get out stains that have been on the carpet as much as 3 years due to animal stains. I will be calling them for any carpet cleaning I need done. Be sure you ask for Marcus Grimaldi he really is great

 + -1 moreBest carpet cleaning I ever had, and dried as fast as Host dry cleaning (fast). I was looking for an alternative to dry cleaning and found this system uses very little water AND there are no harsh chemicals. Carpet is clean and fluffed up. Friendly, professional tech who mentioned additional services when I asked, but didn't push. They also do carpet repair. I will use them every year and have already recommended them to friends.

 + 0 moreJohn S was very prompt and was aware of the service we had requested. The rugs were cleaned quite well. John was very personable and professional. John finished and we wrote a check to Oxi Clean. After John left we discovered a $25 coupon that was tucked away in a drawer. We called Oxi Clean and described the circumstances. They contacted John who then came back and gave us the original check and we wrote a second check for $25 less. Everything was done very professionally. We would definitely use John again and we highly recommend Oxi Clean in Newport Beach.
