Very polite and professional. Also very informative as to recommendations of what is needed to prevent farther problems.

The service was very professional and fast too. All of my questions were answered about wood burning vs. gas "fake" logs. My fireplace was inspected and cleaned beautifully. They have a wonderful line of fireplace log sets that are well beyond anything you will see at Home Depot and the prices are reasonable. I purchased a set and I love it. I would definitely recommend A Better Vent Cleaning to anyone who wants great service at a fair price.

Alex was professional and friendly. We felt so comfortable with him and trusted him enough that we stepped out of the house to run a few errands and came back. We're having Alex come back to convert our fireplace to a log burning from a gas fireplace.
