I was very satisfied with the work that was performed. I had disconnected the dryer entirely before they arrived for the cleaning. When they arrived to perform the cleaning of my dryer vent, they did an excellent job, and they even hooked up my dryer to confirm the dryer vent was completely clean. They explained how clogged up the dryer vent was and took the time to double check everything.

After inspecting my chimney, flue and fireplace. Richard discovered I had a build up of leaves in my chimney. He cleaned the flue, chimney, installed a spark arrestor and repaired some damage to the bricks on the chimney. I'm pleased with the end results.
