They did a very good job. I was kind of disappointed about the price as it was pricey.

prompt, same day response on saturday. solution was wet and sticky to the touch and difficult to flush. kept repeating treatment until there was no evidence of the material left. Gary and his crew were professional and personable. he followed up the next day, after it had dried, to see if the work was satisfactory, assuring me that if there was more to do, he would do it. follow up was not needed.

Called Clean Touch in the morning on a Friday. I was pleasantly pleased to find out thy could do the job that very afternoon. Derrick and Gary are a brother team who run Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning. They arrived on time and immediately went to work. I had prepared the spaces by moving everything from the two rooms and vacuuming before they arrived. We had specifically requested steam cleaning due to a couple of bad experiences with companies that used a solution to clean the carpeting which left residue on the carpeting which immediately got dirty again,. Everything went according to plan and we were very happy with the results. The only minor irritation as the fact that it took a full 24 hours to dry enough to be able to put furniture back. Other than that, the price was right, the work top drawer, and we will definitely use these guys again in the future. I would highly recommend you consider this company for any carpet cleaning work.

Everything was great with them. We are going to use them again. Their staffs' demeanor was fantastic. They were on time.

Gary & Derrick were very professional and arrived within the quoted time window. Gary even called to let me know he was leaving another completed job & was heading over which is nice because it gives you heads up. They are brothers and work together very well to do a great job. I have a cat & a dog that are constantly running in & out of the house. The guys raked the carpet first to get rid of the fur and then proceeded to deodorized & clean the carpet. They were fast, thorough and very professional ! The carpet is still a little wet as they just left but it looks amazing already. I asked if I could see how dirty the water was & Gary was happy to show me. I will definitely be calling them again as I am certain my little four legged trouble makers will strike again.

I called Derrick at Clean Touch on Friday. He offered to come later that day but I couldn't do that so we scheduled for the next day, Saturday. He said they'd come between 12-2pm. At 1:00 he called and said he'd be there in 1/2 hour, and he was. Good way to start. He and his assistant were courteous, professional, did a really great job, and asked me to look at each area before he moved on to the next. I had pretty dirty carpets and they look a whole lot better now. I put this off because I had not had a good experience in the past with carpet cleaners but I would not hesitate again with Clean Touch now that I have had a good experience. He has a smart phone in which he can bill you and you can receive a receipt right then, if you like to use that (I do). My husband liked the fact that the carpets were damp but not drenched and did not have an offensive chemically odor. The only glitch I had was the 888 number didn't work but the 818 number did work and he responded immediately. He is working on getting that remedied. Great job!!!!

Excellent response, excellent service! Derrick and his brother Gary are honest, on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and bathroom tile. We have also used them for other work around the house and they have always been efficient, capable and fair. Trust is such an important factor when allowing workers into your home and you will not find two more trustworthy guys!

They contacted me with in ten minutes of purchasing their service. Talk about fast!!! Communication was great!! They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous!!! Went over the carpet and was told it needed special shampoo for the stains, but since the areas were small he through it in for no additional cost. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need!! I knew the stains were bad and they would need some special shampoo to clean them. Well they worked very hard at cleaning the carpet and making sure I was satisfied. At first I had my doubts that anyone could get the carpet cleaned. They sure surprised me. The carpets looked new again!! I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. I will certainly use them again!! All and all my first experience with them and Angie's list is an A+++ Thanks again guys for a job well done.

I called about noon on 5/3 and left a message. No more than 15 minutes later one of the guys called back. I don't know who. They're brothers. I told him about the couch and he asked if today would be convenient. I said it would. He was finishing up another job, and said he'd call in about an hour, or so. I said great. He actually called about 50 minutes later. I had to call him back and probably got him around 3 p.m. He said he'd be here in about an hour and a half. It was more like an hour and 50 minutes, but this is Los Angeles, and it seems to get worse every day. Gary and Derrick checked out the stuff I needed done, gave me the price, and I told them to go ahead. We agreed they'd have to take the carpet, because with the dogs and all, there is no where to leave it to dry. They worked on the couch and while there is a strong smell, it is not urine and that's all I care about. The other smell will, I'm sure, go away. They talked about enzymes and other stuff, but I have no idea what that's all about, so I nodded politely. When they finished, they took the carpet and said they'd return it on on Monday (it's Friday), which is fine with me, since I cannot put it down until I'm sure my dogs have finished doing their business in the den. They said when they're back on Monday, they'll add a little more enzyme to the couch to make absolutely sure the smell goes away! They were terrific. You should use these guys. They own the company and they care about the customer being happy.

I was looking for a reliable cleaning company and turned to Angie's List where I found excellent reviews for Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning. They lived up the the reviews. I was having unexpected guests with children on the upcoming weekend and I needed my rugs cleaned QUICKLY. Even though they were busy, Gary and Derrick scheduled me so my rugs could be cleaned before the weekend. I have two dogs and two cats. The dogs leave dirt, and the cats unfortunately have left other "deposits". They cleaned all the rooms on my list of "musts" and they were so reasonable that I added the stairs, landing and second bedroom. When my guests arrived, my carpets were clean and ready for children to play on. Clean Touch came through with great service, excellent communication and a helpful attitude. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they came back to see if they could help me with a stain that I let sit too long and was pretty much set-in. I highly recommend Clean Touch to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. They gave service above and beyond my expectations. I am going to hire them again for my tile and grout floor.

I called their company at around 1:30 pm and made an appointment for them to come to my house the same day at 3pm. They were on time and I showed them the rooms to be cleaned for myself and my mothers house also. They told me the price, which was very reasonableand began to clean my carpet. They finished in less than an hour and went to my mother's house downstairs and cleaned her carpet. We were very satisfied with their work, and will use them again.

The gentlemen showed up to their appointment on time and immediately started the job. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable with their work. Once they finished with the cleaning they informed me to wait 2-3 days and see if i was completely satisfied with the outcome, if not, they would come back and clean again. I was very impressed with their statement because rarely do you find a service guarantee such as their's. I was so pleased with their work that I had no reason to call them back, however, Derrick called us 2 days later to make sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. Needless to say that I WILL be using their service again in the future!

Gary and his brother Derrick not only did a good job cleaning the grout and traventine tile,which covers the entire first floor of our home, as well as the marble tile upstairs in the master bath and closet, but they also, for free, cleaned an area rug and some upholstery and pillows that had cat odor on them! Gary then referred us to a store where we can buy the best odor removing cleaner. The only problem we had was that a belt broke on Gary's equipment, so he had to return the next day to finish the job. In the process, he was very apologetic and did everything he could to accommodate our schedules. "Customer service" is Gary and Derrick's middle name. They and their helper are all extremely conscientious and friendly, and while the job was expensive, the price was fair, since the three of them spent two full days scrubbing grout and cleaning and sealing the floor. The result is floors that look almost new, and an odor-free house.

Gary & Derrick arrived on time. They were able to remove a urine stain that I had made worse by trying to clean myself. They were professional & the carpet looks good.

The service was good overall. They quoted me one price and I had to negotiate a lower price since I didn’t have very much square footage of carpet to clean. They did a good job with the cleaning, and I’d call them again.

I had areas that were high traffic and really dirty and stained. After the cleaning the carpet looks new again and matches areas that were not used.

Derrick and Gary arrived at the time agreed upon and, because of the amount of work to be performed, were there all day. It was a rainy day, but they managed to get everything done without any difficulty. They were very professional and efficient. They are trustworthy, also. This is the second time I've used them, and I will definitely use them again.
