It went extremely well and I was 100% satisfied and pleased. I told them I wished I had called sooner, but didn't know about their company until I recently joined Angie's List. They made sure to put the furniture up on styrofoam blocks to protect it from the moisture, and moved furniture that needed moved. The carpets look amazing and dried quickly! They were very polite, and professional and I would definitely hire them again. They are definitely a great asset for Angie's List. I am a very happy customer!

Not a good experience at all. Purchased the Big Deal on Oct 4 - never received a call from the company regarding scheduling (which was requested on the 9th or 10th). I had to call them multiple times to schedule and the company changed the time twice on the day services were to be performed. We discussed on the phone that my carpet area was very small (less than half the square feet covered in the Big Deal) but included a small staircase instead of a hallway. On the phone, the company made it sound like it would not be a deal breaker. When they showed up at the house, the company insisted on an additional $40. I asked them to leave without doing any of the cleaning.

This company is run by an family. 2 brothers came with one of their sons, and they all worked. They brought water and hoses from outdoors into my house. Everything was left clean and dry at the end. Tiles and grout were cleaned and look much better. I have had a problem with black mold in the bathrooms and used bleach on the grout lines to remove it. The cleaners have treated my bathroom floors with something to keep the black mold from coming back, and for this I am thankful. Unfortunately, they removed some of the grout upstairs. They said this was due to the bleach. Hopefully, I won't have to use bleach again. The grout can be replaced. They put sealer on the floors, another good thing.

The service and results were great. A single person arrived to complete the carpet cleaning job. He was diligent, conscientious, worked hard and delivered great results. Good workers are hard to find, but Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning has them.

From the time I called to get an estimate, till the time that they finished the job, the Company was excellent. Very professional, and pleasant. They showed up on time. And, they were very knowledgeable. They arrived with a crew of three, and got right to work. The price they charged was exactly what we agreed on. Great service. My carpet was extremely soiled. Many different stains and dirt and from my child and dog. They explained why my attempts to spot clean resulted in extra staining (over use of household carpet cleaner) and explained how I should treat spills in the future. Will definately use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner. They were very professional and the prices they quoted were very reasonable.

Bought a Yelp deal last week at the last minute from this S F V firm. I could not believe they came all the way to Seal Beach I'm the OC! Three young men, all brothers were prompt courteous, and efficient in their work The results were great! I definitely will use again!

My carpets are clean!!! My carpets look great! Truck mounted equipment is what you want when getting the carpets done (sorry portable guys).The guys were friendly and efficient. On time and within the agreed work window. Gary did the cleaning and paid attention to every detail. They weren't in a hurry to get in and out. Recommended.

I tried to call three cleaning services on Sunday, and these gentlemen responded. I explained my carpet emergency and they gave me a quote of $125 for cleaning and sanitizing. They gave me a time of 5pm but came at 4:08pm which was a positive in my case. Gary and Darren were professional as they prepared the area to be worked in. No problems occurred during the cleaning process. Vomit stains are gone and no odors exist. They cleaned up after themselves leaving this customer happy with their cleaning services.

We had a great experience with this company. They were professional from start to finish, the carpet looks great and their price was very reasonable. In fact, their price was low compared to some of the other ads that I saw. The next time we need carpet cleaning, they will be our first choice.

Clean Touch's base of operation is their truck. They ran all their hoses from their truck and it seemed that they didn't need to have extensive equipment in our house because of their setup. It was great! They were exactly on time. They were super professional and very respectful and courteous. I don't know what more anyone can want in the delivery of this service. For us -- it could not have gone better. They completed our job in about 1 1/2 hours. We thought they would be here so much longer, because that is how it has been in the past with other carpet cleaning vendors. We trusted Gary to go into the condo, it was unoccupied. The tenant left abruptly and we suspected pet urine. Gary called and suggested treating for odor not to return. he also applied stain resistant chemical. He did great job and opened all the windows for us so it would dry. They did a wonderful job. They started raising the prices unexpectedly. The first time the came out it was a different price from what they came out after. The first it was $50, the second time they raised it $70. They come when they say but it's just the prices. My wife is already looking into doing the carpeting herself or hiring somebody else.

The work was excellent. Derrick and Gary who own and operate the company arrived on time and were very personable. When the job was completed the carpets looked brand new. I offer an unqualified recommendation for this company.offer

We contacted Clean Touch Carpet Cleaning and were able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. They came on time and did an amazing job, the carpets are clean, smell fantastic, and everything was left better than before they arrived. We have had experiences with other companies where after the carpet was cleaned, the dirty water from the hoses trailed the guys out the door, but not with these guys! They were extremely professional, friendly, and really went above and beyond. The carpets look as good as the day they were installed. We are extremely pleased and will call them every time we need carpet cleaning. We would not hesitate highly recommending them to anyone who would like to have their carpets cleaned.
