Hector, was very professional and courteous. He knew what he was doing and got the job done quickly.

We made an appointment for them to come and light our pilot light which we could not get to light. When they looked at how the water heater had been installed by a previous employee. (who has since been fired) they were uncomfortable with it and reinstalled it at no cost. That was going above and beyond! But that’s what this company does. We use them for all of our plumbing and water heater service needs. You will not be disappointed using Discount Plumbing.

Evan Ingles, was our technician that came out on a Sunday night at 2030 hrs. Main was clogged. Cleared the issue, identified a problem that needs to be addressed in the future. No nonsense fixed the problem.

The Customer service representative was super helpful and explained clearly. The technician showed up before the promised time on a Saturday night and worked really hard to help clear a clog. He saved my house from flooding further and was very kind. I appreciate the effort and great service. We called them again a couple weeks later to get another service done as well.
