We made an appointment for them to come and light our pilot light which we could not get to light. When they looked at how the water heater had been installed by a previous employee. (who has since been fired) they were uncomfortable with it and reinstalled it at no cost. That was going above and beyond! But that’s what this company does. Evan Ingles, was our technician that came out on a Sunday night at 2030 hrs. Main was clogged. Cleared the issue, identified a problem that needs to be addressed in the future. No nonsense fixed the problem.
