My technician's name was Phil. I was completely satisfied with his demeanor and professionalism, he was more than willing to answer all my questions. No problems with customer service and scheduling. Phil always showed up on time and as far as I can tell did a good job installing my toilet. I am a happy camper and would use them again!

Phil was my plumber and he was very professional and friendly. He quickly resolved my problem at a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to refer this company.
