They went above and beyond to help us. They came out for a free quote, we approved the work and they completed the job that day! To say the least I was impressed.

From beginning to end, John the project manager made us feel very comfortable about the work they were going to do. It was a big project. Every step of the way John was communicating with me via text or call if I had questions. One company came to my house gave me an estimate of 3500. I called Discount plumbers for a second estimate and they gave me a price of $350. and I feel since Iâ  m a senior woman retired and I am on a budget income. That the first company was just trying to take advantage.Discount Plumming save me a lot of money and I appreciate their honesty. Highly recommend this company.

Lonnie was great. He repaired a toilet that was leaking from the base. Needed a new wax ring and repair to the flange. I watched him do the job and he explained every step. Good work. Will use again if I need plumbing work.

I called for service my toilets was broken and was going to start flooding and they were here in no time at all. He was here for about a hour and he completed it all. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. If I ever have plumbing issues again they are the first on my list.

Could have been a little more transparent on the price caused was told it was supposed to be a certain price but when the tech arrived I was told another price which was about half of what I was told it was supposed to be over the phone.

I like how communicative they are from start to finish. They're knowledgeable, professional and explains each step plus their rates are reasonable. They usually have someone there within a few hours to 24 hrs. We live in the country on a well so they're our go to for plumbing and we couldn't more pleased with them.
